Wanted something warm since it was cold outside. Thought Pho would be perfect
It’s at the end of a large strip mall. Very unassuming, would have missed it if we weren’t going there by GPS.
Upon entering, no one greeted us so we took a table and waited. And man came from behind and told us to order on a tablet, guess its self service. We selected our meals and choose dine in and paid on the tablet.
Thai Iced Tea was very bitter, like it was over brewed. But hubby liked it and it was his drink so that’s all that matters.
Lemongrass Peach Tea was strange, it had a very fake peach flavor…
Hubby ordered Pineapple Fried Rice which he loved it but it was just ok for me.
Pho with Grilled Pork Chop was delicious. The broth was clear yet so flavorful and rich. The Pork chops were well seasoned.
While the man was polite, he didn’t check on us at all once the food were delivered. We had to poke our head in the kitchen to ask for takeout containers.
While the food was delicious we might just order take out next time.

The food here is excellent – all the phos are great! However, the owner really needs to hire more staff. There’s only one waiter (who’s very nice) handling everything, including dine-in and takeout orders, which makes service painfully slow. It’s a shame as we really would’ve come more often if things ran smoother.

Food is the best we have so far. Pho has very clean (but full) taste. Banh mi was savory sweet on crispy fresh bun(not sure if they make it in house, but its fresh enough for me). Came for the pho, but banh mi is awesome, plus the pineapple fried rice with shrimp is really good too. Shrimp is fresh and not overcooked(most thai/south east restaurant usually give the lumpy kind or hard overcooked kind….but not here).
Bathroom need a little work, if they clean it up a bit, i am sure they will get more patron.
Will definitely come back when we are in the area.

Ordered the Banh Mi and the Vegetarian Pho. Both were excellent and came out quickly. The staff were very friendly and attentive despite a lunch rush. Would recommend to anyone looking for some very good Pho.

Small unassuming place but the food is awesome. Duke took care of us and the food was phenomenal. I had the 48hr pho and the broth was great. Wife had the spicy beef noodles and it was seasoned perfectly. We also had the summer spring rolls with pork sausage was it was great as well. Portion sizes was just right for me. Will be looking forward to other things in the future.

This was the most delicious chicken pho I have eaten. The 48 hour broth is amazingly flavorful with grilled chicken with a hint of sweetness. The grilled beef in the beef pho was equally fantastic. The grilled protein is served on the side for you to add to the soup. Fried spring rolls were very good. The ownership is new this month and the family member who served us was welcoming. We will return!
December 17. I’ve returned twice this week and the food is SO delicious! I was in town for a short visit and knew this was THE restaurant I wanted to return to. The food is fresh. And plentiful. And packed with vegetables. And the broth is packed with the best flavor of any pho I have ever eaten. No kidding! There’s a saying that if you are sick, eat chicken soup. But I’m convinced that the way to stay healthy is to eat THIS chicken pho! And all of their yummy food. Beef vermicelli. Chicken vermicelli. Grilled chicken. Thank you for such a great dinner and welcoming service.

First of all my food was beyond poorly packaged, with containers laying on the side so of course, the sauces spilled all over, and definitely not the driver’s fault. Moreover, it was the WORST vietnamese food we ever tasted, and we had tasted a LOT. The bun bo hue was just okay, very strong beef flavor though akin to the same taste when fish is too fishy. The fried rice was burned to the point of being CRISPY, and the beef cubes had absolutely NO flavors…even the white rice was bad. The shrimp summer roll were rolled with suck lack of care, and they didn’t even clean out the poop string. We ordered $80 of bad food. What a waste!

Had a lot of pho in my life and including at vietnam. The broth itself maybe the best I may have had in a long time. Not sure if this 48 hr of broth is marketing or they actually do it, but it’s great. The summer roll is massive, decent

best vietnamese pho my wife (north vietnamese) and I had in Northern NJ. thrir 48 hr broth is authentic northern style light and clean, not thick overly season and oily like southern styles. m1 and m3 for thr purest and does that like the northern style.

Our go to Vietnamese in the area. Authentic and delicious. Great pricing but they’re pretty under staffed. The dude does a great job and juggling everyone and everything but it still shows. We still love this place, everything on the menu is tops. Good people.
