I was at a town meeting around the corner and dropped by to grab some dinner to take home. I had no expectations going in, but was pleasantly surprised! The woman at the counter was very nice and provided great recommendations—grilled lamb and birria tacos—and I got guac and horchata as well. The lamb and tacos were fantastic (husband wasn’t enthused about the veggies so next time I’ll get rice), guac was obviously homemade with nice chunks of avocado. I didn’t care for their horchata but there is really only one place that makes it the way I like, so I can’t fault them haha overall, food was great, people were pleasant, facilities were clean, prices were reasonable, will go back for that lamb! Glad to have taken a chance on this place around the corner!

Tasted ok., but why give me a plain bed of rice? The “salad” came with no dressing. What i thought was a spicy sauce to poor over my rice and meat, was only some kind of refried bean sauce(yuk). Steak (sirloin?) was well seasoned, shrimp tasted good. Chicken breast not as tender as it looked. The veggies was only a few strips of peppers and onions. Not enough to mix w/my rice. I will not be back

I have been eating here for a long time and never got sick from there food. On Friday December 13th my husband went there to pick Carry out for dinner. It was a little bit before closing. An hour or so after eating both mine and my husbands stomach was very crampie. I was up all night in the bathroom. So I know it was from the food we ordered. Then Saturday night I ate the Guacamole Dip and Chips and the stomach issues started again keeping me from going to my Stepdaughter house to visit with the family and grandchildren. If you work in a food service place and you are one of the cooks you should stay home because you are compromising everyone who ate your cooking or maybe you forgot to wash your hands and grab the chips because honestly I think that’s what gave my husband and I the stomach problems.

I can to this location to try some Latin American food. The menu is wide and a large variety from Latin American cultures. The decor is bland and unwelcoming and the restaurant had a unique smell that was off putting when you walk in. I ordered the taquitos dorado’s de pollo and a fried tamal de elote. The taquitos were ok as it had a strange tasting red sauce on it. However the tamal de elote was very good the side sauce could have used some help in the flavor department. Overall it was an ok experience with ok food. I would look elsewhere for Latin American food.

I love this spot, she gives you a large portion of food. I ordered the fried fish and the Mix grill. Both dishes were plenty full and superb. I will return soon.
