This location used to be one of the best, especially the night crew. Last night, we went through there, and the lady at the window was very nice and considerate. The lady that bagged our food and handed it to us was extremely rude and kept closing the window on us when we were trying to talk to her. My husband checked our bag before we left, and he told her we were missing an item. She started arguing with him that it was in there. It was not.

When I say our entire order was wrong, I mean the ENTIRE order was wrong. My spicy chicken sandwich had some nasty yellow cheese on it. I’ve ordered that sandwich forever. It’s never had yellow cheese. Always the white cheese… and the chicken was hard as rock. My son’s ultimate BACON cheeseburger had no bacon on it. We asked for cheesy fries. I saw the guy add an .80 charge under each meal on the screen for cheese…. Got plain reg fries… also ordered sauced and loaded mini tacos. Got a box of plain and dry mini tacos. My son ordered a root beer. Not even sure what it was but definitely was not a root beer… this was ordered through the drive through. I go inside to show them everything that’s wrong and the kid behind the counters only response is “we don’t sell cheesy fries” ♀️ I didn’t even know what to say at that point. I just told him to give me my money back and left the food on the counter and walked out. No one said sorry or apologized in anyway. The 3 people there acted like it wasn’t anything unusual. horrible service. Never going back.

I communicated my order perfectly and double check. Got the wrong size drinks, wrong size fries, and oh nothing I can do because I ran your card. Then get my food, check the bags and it’s wrong I try to get their attention and they stand behind the closed window and wave and tell me bye bye drive along. No ma’am. Open the window and correct my order. Beyond rude and don’t listen to customers AT ALL!

This location has been great. The staff has been friendly and funny. The food has been correct and HOT. My dad went into ICU unexpectedly and my mom was at the hospital with him for 15 plus house and would stop here on her way home exhausted and needing a bite to eat. They never gave her a wrong or cold order. The staff never knew how grateful we were for this small convenience during this time.
