The staff seems to be overworked and underpaid. The guy at the register was so patient with the customers in front of me. The customer took FOREVER and then at the end said they have another order (15 min of my life gone). All I ordered were breadsticks but they were so small it was comical… my sauces that I had to pay extra for weren’t even in the box. No employees were rude but you could tell they were not happy no matter how much they were trying to be. Sad employees = sad food.

Okay, this isn’t Four-Start Pizza, but the experience involved Four-Star service and plenty of smiling people.
As a walk-in I’ve found the service here friendly and fast. These aren’t the world’s greatest pizzas, but they’re okay, reasonably priced and convenient to my sister’s house!

A couple of weeks ago I posted about a delivery driver parking in fire lane. Well he has moved to parking in a disabled parking spot. No handicap plates or placard. This young man is just pure lazy.

The primary reason for this review is due to behavior of an employee at this location. On 6/8/25 while leaving the Chipolte next door to this location I witnessed a Papa John’s driver pull into a handicap space for a prolonged period of time despite not observing any sort of handicap tag in his vehicle. A few minutes after he parked there an elderly gentlemen who most definitely could’ve used the handicap space had to walk a further distance due to the Papa John’s delivery driver being illegally parked. This behavior is rather disappointing.

I am very angry with the Papa Johns brand, yesterday we placed an order to be delivered at 5:39, and the order was estimated for 7 pm, 9 pizzas and 56 wings, it was 7:10 and no one had arrived, then it was 7:30 and no one had arrived, we called non-stop and no one answered, only a recorder saying that my order had been delivered at 7:10, I paid $220! In the end I decided to go to the store and when I was arriving I received a call saying “we will not be able to place your order, we had problems” I can understand that they had problems but if they already knew my order and my number why not call? I had to find another solution with MARCOS PIZZA and it was so different! It was my daughter’s birthday, can you imagine all her friends being hungry????? Very bad on the part of the staff for not looking for solutions or at least telling me that they could bring them to me or give me some benefit, I demand that they reward me with something!!!!
