I ordered online a meal and a milkshake, and they just didn’t give me a milkshake. Took me asking for them to just say that it’s broken, didn’t even seemed pleased to give me a fricking drink. If they had tried to make it right with a another snack or something then fine but I paid for a milkshake and they stole my money. And the drink I ended up with didn’t even have any syrup in it, so it was just bitter. Ended up waiting so long for my food it got cold

other than the absolute horrid customer service, almost every time i have went they have screwed up my order. they gave me nuggets instead of my sandwich and they’ve given me grilled nuggets instead of fried. i am a student at CofC so this is one of few fast food places around and it is horrible. judging by the rest of the reviews i would say the operater of this location needs to get it together.

I rarely write reviews, but I was genuinely shocked by the poor customer service at this Chick-fil-A (162 Calhoun St, Berry Hall, Charleston, SC 29401). I’m staying at a hotel just down the street, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chick-fil-A. While waiting, I watched the 3 employees 2 took orders and one gave the food out. The 2 ladies took 12 orders before mine, and the same behavior repeated with every guest. The staff were consistently rude, no smiles, no greetings, no “thank you.” Orders were taken by simply yelling “NEXT,” then NAME, and when food was ready, The one employee would shout out without any friendliness or courtesy. Sometimes even rolled her eyes. Not once did I hear a “thank you” or the company’s trademark “my pleasure.” The entire atmosphere felt cold, dismissive, and unwelcoming.
This experience was completely unlike what Chick-fil-A is known for. If I were on the corporate team, I would be deeply concerned about how this location represents the company’s values. I left very disappointed and honestly couldn’t believe I was even at a Chick-fil-A.

They are terrible. They treat all of the people on campus awful they yell your name at your face roll their eyes. They once denied me service. They catch an attitude about absolutely everything. They never say my pleasure or thank you or you’re welcome even when you’re super nice to them they want to add me service because I asked the girl if they had ice cream.

This is honestly the worst chick fil a I’ve ever been to. I work at one back home that is extremely efficient, fast, and has amazing customer service. We were never greeted here and never spoken to at the cash register except told our total. It took the lady almost 10 minutes to make our 2 shakes because she was moving so slow. It was extremely angering how slow she was and I wanted to jump in and just do it myself. We spent nearly 30 minutes waiting for our food and there was no one really there. The rest of the staff was unfriendly and never talked to customers, only gave looks. To me, this location is an embarrassment for the company overall. The worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been too. And that doesn’t happen very often. It’s too bad it sits in such a busy place because it’s EMBARRASSING and HORRIBLE. Don’t waste your time or money.
