My pizza was so thin it was almost transparent. And it was crispy as heck. My husband’s pepperoni stuffed crust pizza looked like a toddler cut it and it was so soggy. Everything was cold and I bet anything it sat out for a really long time. The best thing we got was the pre packaged brownie’s my kids wanted. I called the store and they said because I ordered multiple things they couldn’t refund me for the see through pizza, they said they could remake it and that was it. I will never go back to this Little Caesars.

I’m visiting from out of State, I go to Little Caesars on Moana Avenue. They have no Italian cheese bread. I find another little Caesars on Glenwood Avenue which is this one so I go Here. They’re also out of Italian cheese bread OK fine no problem, So I order a cheese pizza with no sauce and this is what I’m served. Of course I had to taste it and the only thing I’m tasting is flattened bread so flat there is barely any cheese like just spread it out here there and whatever is there is like basically burnt you like there is no cheese! I do not recommend little Caesars at this location at all! I do, however, wish to think the staff for ruining the expectations of at least Enjoying some cheese bread! I have never seen a cheese pizza so thin in my life!

The person who cashiered was either having a helabad day or hates me and her job. From the frowning facial expressions, acting bothered, not giving the customer (I hadn’t been to Lil Caesar’s in YEARS, and thought I’d give them another try today) clear answers, acting like she wished she was any place else, etc. I still left a dollar tip on a $6.49 bill that would’ve been more–cause I wanted wings–but that attitude…..if you hate your job, find something else that suits you better. Pizza was old, hard cheese and warm. I wanted sausage, but she said, bothered, it would take 15 minutes. I like pepperoni too, so I got pepperoni instead. I mistakenly thought the box she pushed me included whatever the combo was. Didn’t know it came with a drink. I should have asked. I left then went back for the drink. She never courteously said “The lunch combo is “x” and comes with “x, y, z”etc. My bad. Never going back there again.

Biggest problem I experience every time I visit , is the 20 minute wait for a simple Extra most or regular pepperoni pizza.
I always have to ask for napkins.
Theres never any sitting out.
What restaurant doesn’t give you napkins without asking?
Especially in a pizza place.
Second is the corporate headquarters or whoever is responsible for asking for tips at checkout.Why would anyone who walks in orders a standard store pizza and waits 15-20 minutes every time , want to leave a tip?

Ordered online and used portal to pick up. Get home and one pizza has been made for a while. What little cheese that’s on it is dried up. The Italian cheese bread was over cooked and the cheese is so crispy it doesn’t even taste like cheese. If I didn’t live across town, they would have gone back immediately.

I went inside to pick up my order. I told He lady I had an order to pick up she looked at me like I wad stupid and then she said “okayyy what’s the name?” With such an attitude like I’m supposed to know I have to put a code in to get my pizza. Just saying she does not have to be so rude to me about it. I didn’t catch her name but she is working the front taking peoples orders!

My husband goes here because the pizza is always tasty and we always get it exactly the way we order it, but today June the 12th 2023 got the worst pizza i ever had, my husband always orders the same thing for me, he ordered the personal combo pizza with pepperoni, jalapenos and well done, what he got was a pizza with just cheese and jalapenos, no sauce and no pepperoni, he told them about it and they supposedly fixed it, but when we were at home and took the first bite… guess what… There was no pizza SAUCE again, he called and went to get the correct one but, the pizza wasn’t good, the dough was raw, soggy, and very messed up, you can see it in the picture, you can tell right away that the manager is not there because those employees don’t know what they’re doing, now I’m going to eat something else because if I call again… I know they’re not going to do my pizza the right way anyways, what a waste of our money

Horrible workersin Dalton Ga.. they smile and laugh when they dump hundreds of pizzas in the trash.. instead of giving them to people that are hungry.. and need food. Personally I wouldn’t even work for a company that did that. Its wasteful and unnecessary.. God is infinite and where were you when I was hungry. May they be given double as was done. They need to understand starving..
