Poor Management!!!
I am very disappointed with my experience at this location today. I ordered a Bigger plate with two servings of premium Walnut shrimp
The portion sizes were completely inconsistent!!!
The first serving was generous (about 7-8 shrimps), the second serving of the same item was barely 4 shrimps. When I pointed out this discrepancy to the staff, the manager (a lady in a black shirt) intervened. Instead of addressing the obvious inconsistency, she simply counted the shrimps and claimed it was “correct.” Her dismissive and unprofessional attitude was worse than the small portion itself.
If I had ordered a different item for my second side, I would have received a full scoop. Charging a premium price for half a scoop is unacceptable.
I expected much better standards and professional management from Panda Express. California way much better than FL as management and also taste!!

This didn’t even deserve 1 star! This food was so disgusting and I’m not a picky eater nor do I do reviews. But this was so bad I had to. The rice has no taste, it’s not even jasmine rice! The rice has really no color either, it’s basically white rice with egg carrots and peas no flavor at all! . The noodles are dry and flavorless as well. The so called orange chicken was just ok. To say this is Chinese food or anything close is a got damn insult! Terrible terrible and a waste of money! Never again!

This is a relatively new panda express franchise the food. What is this the kitchen looked clean but we definitely recommend. Did you order ahead of time I don’t know if this is because it is a Brand new franchise in the area. Or they are just simply slow, but it took a long time for us to get our food.

Short staff and horrible service! I understand why the very poor reviews in such a short amount of time of opening. Hygiene is also terrible. Ordered take out and waited over 20 minutes past pick up time. Mind you my food is sitting there inside the red boxes…. My food was past cold and overall this place is ridiculous!The cook was cooking and on the phone at the same time…. Love my chicken with a little bit of germs… Disgusted, when I complain and asked why my food was taking so long they ignored me and kept packing others food. Take the drive, and go else where!

I just went here and let me tell you the food is so good and this one girl Moon helped me sooo much in choosing a drink. Love her!!! She’s also so pretty shout out to her and the rest of the staff for being so kind and helpful. I don’t have her name but the older (but young looking ) Hispanic lady was so nice and let me taste the hot orange chicken. So good!! 10/10 experience will definitely come back.

I’ve had good experiences here on my two visits in the first month since they opened. You can tell some of the staff is in training (which is normal when a new location opens) but they got everything right. There was definitely improvement from my first to second visit.
Laura at the register was good as she is quick and is bilingual. She also applied my coupon correctly which didn’t get applied on my first visit but no big deal. Food was good and consistent with other locations I’ve been to.
Only odd thing I really encountered was the parking. Only a few parking spaces in front of restaurant and it was very congested on my visit. It wasn’t a big issue for me though.

food was old and i seen the worker clean the counter with a rag while using the rag to place the food back inside the warmer . Dirty Dining . this place needs to be inspected there was no way i was eating there . the store is clean but food is clearly no good , old, not well prepared and literally no food and the store just opened

Honestly, Ive lived in three states and this has been the best Panda Express location I’ve been to so far. The employees are very friendly, kind and sweet when I come in. My orders have been made accurately when I ordered online and the food tastes really good. I would recommend this loction.
