Took over an hour to go less than 2 miles after a 20 minute estimate. Didn’t even deliver it to the room, just left it at the front desk. Food arrived cold. When I called they told me they couldn’t use the elevator without a key, which was just untrue. Would not order here again. Pasta was burnt and only a third full. Disappointing.

Ordered delivery to Gaylord national harbor hotel. Delivery charge is $6. Coupon 2 or more for 6.99. Both items I got were a little more bc of delivery. Pizza was good and Parmesan knots! Ordered 2 medium pizzas for carry out.
Got to the store and they gave me the wrong pizzas. Pure chaos with the staff. The guy “in charge” told me to wait for 5 mins while they make the right pizza I had ordered an hour ago. The 5 mins turned into a 30 min wait, watching chaos unfold, while other customers awaited their late orders too

My daughter ordered a pizza using her debit card an hour prior to closing and provided the address for delivery to the Manager. The Mgr on duty said it would take 40 minutes. After 40 minutes passed, no pizza was delivered. When my daughter called to get a status on the delivery, the Mgr informed her that the order wa cancelled because it is not in their delivery zone. Per the website when selecting the Domino’s location, per the driving directions on website, it was 5 minutes by car from the delivery location. The Mgr didn’t take initiative to call the customer back but let the customer wait 40+ minutes to pass until the customer calls to inform her that she’s not getting any food. In addition, her refund will take 5-7 days. I’m not sure if the position requirements but this individual is not the appropriate person to serve because he’s causing unnecessary frustration and stress to customers. He doesn’t have the knowledge and experience be familiar with the area this location serves when a customer provides his/her address. Instead, he accepted the, the money and then cancelled without any follow-up with the customer. He didn’t care about the manner in which he failed to exhibit professionalism serving in a managerial position under the Domino’s franchise. This individual is not representing Domino’s in a positive and memorable experience!!

Pizza shows up cold and 15 minutes after it says it has been delivered. I got a phone call from the driver after I call the manager to inform him that I didn’t get my pizza and magically he arrived…Oh and I also didn’t get any of the sides I ordered. I won’t be returning here.

Horrible!!! I ordered the pasta, Carbonara and it was dry, had two pieces of small overdone chicken, hardly any mushrooms and the pasta was dry as the desert. Inedible, waste of my money. Such a huge disappointment for saving all of my calorie counts for this. The pizza was not that great either.

This is the third time I tried this location. The first 2 were delivery. They took over an hour to go 3 miles at most. The second delivery they didn’t bring the right order and had to go back. It took another hour. This time I did carry out. After 30 minutes I went in and they hadn’t even started my order. I order from my local Dominoes and this is not normal. These guys are severely understaffed and very badly organized. This is my last try with this location. There are tons of options that this is not worth the headache.

I visit there regularly. It seems understaffed, the service is slow but they are trying their best. They mixed up my order once, but they made it right when I told them.
