I put my coupon down (clearly visible) then they make my whole sandwich and proceed to tell me they don’t accept coupons at this location. The coupons are sent to locals. We can barely afford to live here. Let us use the coupons! You never know some arsonist might come in and need to use a coupon! Wouldn’t want to upset them, would ya?

Very unwelcoming place. The lady behind the counter did not want to be here. Didn’t pay attention to anyone’s orders and got the previous customers order wrong. Then came my turn. I asked for Swiss cheese, she put provolone. I asked for bell peppers and she put banana peppers/pepperoncini. Then she forgot to give me my change, which I didn’t bother to ask for.

the point of ordering through the app is to have the one and only sandwich ready in max 10mins. i am waiting outside Subway and the employees are helping everyone that walks in but ignore my app order. the restaurant is not busy. after 25 min i asked them and thats when they started making it. pathetic. what’s the point of ordering ahead if the location doesn’t play by the rules

I ordered a few sandwiches here and they were fine but the cashier (Indian guy, saying this in case it helps the manager discipline him) charged me $8 for tips without telling me or asking me about it. I told him the screen is showing a different number but he just repeated the before tip number. It’s not a lot of money but is truly theft and I’m going to dispute it with the bank
