Delicious salad and employee working the counter was very nice!
***Edit: Shortly after posting this review, still eating, I found a shard of plastic in my salad, embedded in my bite. The girl working was very nice about it and gave me a full refund, service generally was great, but due to the safety concern it’s also not something to ignore and I hope they make sure to quality check all ingredients before putting them out to mix in. This is not something anyone should be pulling out of their mouth.

I want to give a big shoutout to the three workers who served me just five minutes before closing. They were friendly, professional, and didn’t rush me at all. I can’t believe I’m actually going to leave a negative review at a salad place. But when you’re paying $18 for a soda and a salad that you build, to be given 1 tbsp of candied pecans, and an underwhelming display of material, this seems like a $6 salad, not an $18 salad. I’m insulted, and disappointed that a salad works would cap candied pecans. Pecans. So the candy pecans had to take up two of my decisions to build because of how little they give. My day ad. The guy who did the salad was awfully nice, but I’m rather annoyed with the end result

Its only a few people at this location thats really nice , the salads are not bad , but the iceberg lettuce and those little scoops that they give you for almost $15.00 is insane, prices went up but less food given and iceberg lettuce at least give romaine and when they do give romaine its mixed in with the iceberg, Just Salad is opening up in Centerton Plaza where Wegmans is and I will be switching to try them , maybe saladworks will get it together since more competition is coming , nobody is asking for alot but do better then iceberg lettuce and those little tiny scoops

The service is alright
4 stars instead of 5 only because there is definitely a little bit of cross contamination here – I got a few shreds of raw carrots even though (1) I didn’t ask for carrots and (2) I am allergic to raw carrots

I regularly get the Southwest Chipotle ranch salad. It’s delicious! Ordering it on their site is a breeze and it’s ready quickly. I love the addition of avocado and the dressing is phenomenal, and all relatively healthy.

Ordered a Grilled Chicken Mediterranean Salad with croutons for $2.39 extra. Got home and no croutons. Emailed them. They refused to refund me any money and just apologized and said “we’re human and we make mistakes”. AND I got the worst diarrhea I’ve had in about 2 years about 3 hrs after I ate the salad. I think any reasonable person would conclude that this is an awful franchise run by dishonest people.

I love this saladworks. The customer service is amazing. Food is good too. A few times I felt like the toppings were light in the past. However in the last few months my salads have been fresh and the portions are good.
