For the past 10 years I’ve had the Starbucks coffee bean that I purchase ells where grinded at this location with NO objections. Except last night where an employee “NICO” addressing himself the supervisor acted prejudice and refused service and the his reason was the coffee was not purchased at his location.
NOT a good experience nor practice in a high end location.

We are regulars in starbucks. Were there almost every night. We really like the employees there. Rachel tristan, kim, alex and all are just all really great. Tonight we had a bad experience and it wasn’t any of the fault of the employees. About eight people came in together really loud and kind of took over the place. And you couldn’t even hear yourself because they would talk so loud to each other. So we asked them to bring down the volume a little. And they pretty much in their language, but I don’t know what it was told us No, i’m sure it was more than just no though. So after being there for just a few minutes, we left to avoid a real problem. My question is, what do I do in a situation like this? Should I get the employees involved? I tried to do it on my own, but it didn’t work. I didn’t want to put them in a bad situation either. Any advice would be helpful, Thanks.

I stopped by with my husband, he ordered cappuccino and I got latte. Worst drinks we had in our lifespan. I don’t recommend to anyone and would never come back.

Recently, a lot of the stores that I have visited have been out of oat milk or this or that ingredient, which is by no fault the baristas. It’s just frustrating. Not only did they have everything that I wanted for my drink, they also had grilled cheese in stock which is so freaking delicious on sourdough bread!!

I love this location and that it has a relaxed atmosphere and places to sit and work if you need to. Nico is the best!

I do not recommend this Starbucks. It’s worth it to drive further to another location. The store is filthy and the employees seemed really annoyed to do anything beyond making drinks (they have huge attitude to the people in front of me who ordered food items). One of them said, “I’m tired and I don’t want to be here” at noon on a Sunday. Another employee knocked over a tray and yelled a string of expletives. This is not the Starbucks experience I am used to.
