I generally do not have issues with Pizza Hut pizza. Tonight is a huge exception.
We picked up a big dinner box, making the mistake of not checking it before driving 15 minutes home.
Not only did they not get our toppings right, the pizza was 50% crust. The big dinner box comes with bread sticks. Needless to say, most of what was in the box was all bread and crust. Total waste of $30 and a major disappointment.

I placed an online order (a pizza and cheese sticks) when my order arrived (through DoorDash delivery person – “Dhanapal”) I asked were my cheese sticks were as he only handed over the pizza. He “claimed” that Pizza Hut only gave him a pizza, yet the receipt which was attached to the pizza box clearly stated pizza and Cheese sticks! He left, didn’t even try to help or fix the problem. I called Pizza Hut and told them what happened. They explained that they did in fact handed my cheese sticks to the driver, so he either lied or dropped them. Anywho, the Pizza Hut manager fixed it. He replaced the cheese sticks and had them sent over. Though the experience was crazy and unpleasant I’m happy to see that good customer service still exists. Thank you Pizza Hut of Glassboro, NJ!

Service was very efficient, no errors in my order. I did not like the cheesesticks. I misunderstood and thought the cheese would be inside, not on the top. Personal pan pizza was excellent though. Ordered on the app for deals, selected pay with cash, and then I was able to pay for my food with Rowan’s dining dollars.

We ordered 3 pizzas and a 2 liter bottle of soda from Pizza Hut directly on their website/app. They sent door dash which delivered the pizzas but no soda. Got ripped off. Every time door dash gets involved there’s always something missing.

I am disgusted with the level of service I received today. I order 2 big boxes for delivery. My food was left out in the rain and NO one rang the bell. I contacted Pizza Hut and they told me there is NOTHING they can do. Door Dash delivered it and I have to complain with them? HOW? I did NOT order through the Door Dash App. I ordered from Pizza Hut directly!!! Never Again!!!

I ordered 2 8 count boneless wings and a small pizza. I order the wings all the time. (Not from this location). And know what to expect. But when they gave them to me I said to the girl at the counter “hey, I had 1 side of ranch”. She said yeah its in the container. I opened it and the ranch pack was thrown in and had bbq sauce all over it. Like why would you do that.?! I proceeded to open the other container of wings and there wasn’t even 8 wings in there and barley any sauce. She got the manager and he had an attitude as soon as he walked out. I said I’m not one to ever really complain but does this look acceptable to you.? Then with more attitude he says I can remake them but they are gonna be the same size. That wasn’t really the problem. There wasn’t even 8 wings in the container and the ranch pack was thrown in with sauce all over it. He proceeded to take them in the back an “re make them”. Brings them back out meanwhile the small pizza is cold at this point and I said “the side of ranch.?” He said oh i gave you 3… they are in the container…. With the wings… so at this point I’m pissed and the one order of wings was the same as the original. I said don’t you have a bag yo put them in and he says not really… we only have like 8 bags…. ♂️ ♂️ ♂️.
So yeah I will never order from here again. I even pre tipped these people $5 in the app. With the cost of food and everything else in today’s world to be paying $30 for some boneless wings and a personal pizza from fast food my order should be PERFECT dam near. $35 plus dollars I just spent on a Stuffed Crust Pizza, Mushrooms, Onions & Pepperoni and I barely had a handful of toppings & marinara on my pizza. Not to mention soggy, soggy and just soggy! I mean cmon guys I get inflation but Jesus!

Not a good choice anymore and really bad customer service.
Ordered a PZone for lunch for me and a friend. I had been raving about how good the PZone was so they finally decided to get one. I must admit that I had not had one for about five years. I remember them being pretty good.
We we got the delivery, the first thing we noticed is the Pzone looked nothing like the ad. Very light and undercooked. The marinara sauce was still cold and had ice chunks in it probably because it was saved from yesterday. The filling was non existent, mostly undercooked dough and some slightly melted cheese with some sausage and peppers that were just enough to give you a hint of flavor.
I don’t know if this is a new recipe, but it’s not how I remember them. They used to be more crisp and had a lot more filling. Also, the marinara was warm from what I remember. Needless to say, I paid for my friend’s PZone because I was so embarrassed for persuading them to get one. We both thought it was a really poor presentation of what once was a pretty good selection. I didn’t finish mine because I have a thing with undercooked food.
I wish I could recommend what used to be a pretty good deal. Probably some accountant was trying to save money on the ingredients. I would steer clear of this mostly because of the undercooked food. Also the skimpy choice of fillings make what once was a wonderful deal, an underwhelming selection.

The manager from the store called me to offer me a coupon. This person wanted to try and convince me that the sauce was not frozen. Even though I told her three times that there were ice chips in my sauce, she wanted to end the conversation with “We don’t freeze our sauce.” She interrupted me and over talked me when I was trying to explain the order I received. It was like pulling teeth. She wanted to have the last word and was determined that we end the conversation with her truth. Like a sorry, not sorry. I finally had to end the conversation because she refused to listen to me.
So on top of a bad order, customer service consists of trying to argue you down.

Pizza hut is my favorite of the major chains and I would say my local location here in glassboro is pretty solid. I have been many times and have never had any issues, the food is always hot and ready and always on time. The deals on the app are also pretty solid along with the points system.

I placed an order on NYE and the employee couldn’t understand me. He had an accent but finally got my order correct after giving me an attitude. Idk what he did to my food but I was throwing up with diarrhea non stop for a day and a half. I always order the same thing from pizza hut with no issues which makes me think he did something to it. Never ordering from this pizza hut again.
