Great food. I ate momos are great and delicious. I am vegetarian. I ate veg Chowing. The noodles were delicious and very good . The veg Thukpa was delicious also. The Thukpa flavor very delicate. Not to spicy, just right. The veg Samosa delicious and sauces. The mango lassi one of the best.

Service great and check everything was ok. Very friendly The staff and waiter. The price was ok and a lot food for the amount of money. It is good cost.

The parking is good and easy to access. The ambient was good. It was good amount family with kids and baby. Also young couples. It is a good choice you are looking a good restaurant. I will come back. I highly recommend it. It was my first time.

I randomly selected this spot and arrived to an empty house, but high ratings.

They quickly told me to sit wherever I wanted, were attentive and not suffocating with service. Asked about diet restrictions before providing any suggestions.

The restaurant itself was very clean and well decorated, music was nice and not too loud.

I ordered the goat byriani at level 7 spicy and Masala tea. Both were excellent, I will be likely to come back.

Drove all the way from Delaware just to try some momo and chow mein at Khaja Ghar. Was really looking forward to it, but the taste didn’t quite hit for me. It was alright — not bad, just didn’t have that wow factor.

The service was a bit slow too, so the wait felt longer than expected. And for my fellow Nepali folks — if you’re after that truly authentic momo experience, especially the chutney or jhol, this might fall a little short. They did try, and it wasn’t bad — just not close enough to the real deal.

That said, they’ve got a big menu with plenty of other dishes, so it’s possible those might shine more. I only tried momo and chow mein this time, so might give other items a shot next round.

I ordered the food to be picked up. When I arrived home and open the momos box, it was very dry and the other side of momos were ripped off also very thick dough. Didn’t even try so don’t know the taste.

It’s very hard to find authentic Nepali cooking in the States. I have been trying to find it since I last flew home in 2019. Khaja Ghar was absolutely delicious and authentic. I kept picturing myself in a Nepali courtyard of a restaurant I love but would have to fly across the world to eat at again. I am so grateful for this restaurant!!! Also, the servers were super kind and sweet! And the masala tea is marvelous!

Food was delicious!! I ordered a biryani and was pleasantly surprised from the complexity of flavors and the quantity of food. Despite starving, I could only finish half the food so it was a great value for the money.

Don’t get fooled by the outer look. Authentic nepali taste on a reasonable price. Pork sekuwa was the standout on the platter.

Even though Khaja Ghar was extremely busy yesterday, the staff still made sure we received a delicious and well-prepared meal. The customer service was truly impressive—everyone was attentive, polite, and made us feel welcome despite the rush. You could really see their dedication to quality and customer satisfaction. Great food and excellent service even during peak hours. Highly recommend!

I love the way they put their efforts to me and my family. Thank you so much khaja ghar for really letting me enjoy the precious time with my loved ones. Also I have been coming here for a years and they never let my expectations down. Loved to be in this restaurant where it truly feels to have a good and authentic taste of Nepalese food which will always reminds me of my mom’s hand cooked meal.

I rarely review establishments, but this restaurant’s service was exceptionally poor. I would not recommend this place to anyone, unless they wish to waste their time unproductively. Upon entering, we were assigned a dirty table with food residue on the seat. The waiter cleaned the table upon our request, but did not clean the seat. The water glasses and pitcher were also dirty and I don’t even want to think about their restroom. We placed our food order and were informed of a 20-30 minute wait time. However, after waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes, our food had not arrived. The staff repeatedly assured us that our order was being prepared and keep saying 10 more mins eveytime we asked but food did not arrive. Other costumers were also waiting for their orders for over an hour. Due to the inadequate service, we were had to leave the restaurant, along with several other customers.

Excellent food and super kind workers. Got chicken jhol momos, pork thukpa, and veg pakoda. Spice levels of 7/10 for all dishes. Good portion sizes for what you pay for.

The location isn’t the greatest, and the building is nothing fancy, but don’t let that discourage you. The food is great!
