Bittersweet review ahead. It saddens me to publicize The Locker Room for then everyone will know how great this place is. But this establishment deserves all the credit you can give for a job well done in every angle but one. The bathrooms are not suiting of the rest of The Locker Room. 4 visits and have yet to have a complaint. BRAVO!

There was more good than bad. I’ll start with the good. The service was friendly and prompt. It’s a blue collar bar and the people were friendly. It’s a dark place, everything is black, but it all seems clean. Most of the food was good. The chicken sandwich was good and seemed like one that was house made and not a frozen gfs product. It was moist and crisp. The Philly was well received by the person who ate it. The tots were good decent tots and the onion rings were good. Now for the less than good. The burger was cooked well. I ordered it medium and it was medium, however it was dry. If it’s medium and dry I’ll assume the beef is too low fat for a good burger. Might have been house made, but it was dry. Now the ugly. The fresh cut fries are as ugly a disaster as any bar tries to cheap out on fries. They are thick cut which is no problem, but are brown and soggy. This is usually when they are run through the cutter and dropped directly into the fryer. Uggh FFS at least have your cook wash the starches off the potatoes so they aren’t brown. Good fresh cut fries involve more than that, but at least do that. Overall more good than bad and we will be back to try other items on the menu. I will adjust my rating based on future experiences.

First time here, I’m coming back for sure. Went here with 3 others and it was busy inside. The bartender, Amy, was nice enough to let us sit at a reserved table. Amy is about everything you look for in a bartender. Friendly, social, knows what she’s doing, on top of it, all that stuff. She was great with making our drinks, they all tasted amazing. Food was super tasty as well. I got a hot Italian sub and it was great. Came with a side of hot fries too, I was happy with it all. I’ll be coming back soon.

Just had a terrible order on PostMates. Ordered 10 bone in hot wings and only received 5 and 2 small chunks of fried chicken bone that were inedible? I have the unfortunate photos of it. I’ve been duped by a local watering hole just down the street that I wanted to try for the first time. I would have come in to eat, but I’m sick as a dog, hence online order for delivery. Come on guys….even if you call those small bone pieces wings, I still only got 7?

Terrible service, took forever for anyone to come to our table, multiple times ignored us and checked on other tables. Food took a long time, wasn’t bad but had to literally walk to the bar to even place an order. No table ware given just two napkins. Never came back, I again had to walk up to the bar and tell them two checks. I told her when she came over that service was terrible, she just said it was a shift change.

This was the worst experience of my life. After waiting an hour for a driver to even be assigned. I called the restaurant asking if they could possibly remake my food so it’s not cold getting here (it was jalapeño poppers and a wrap, you wouldn’t know any cold jalapeño poppers either). Whoever answered the phone could have just pretended to be apologetic but he immediately responded with “we aren’t throwing away food because YOU don’t have a driver,” which I understand that was on grub hub and not them. But the attitude was disgusting and that’s what I didn’t appreciate. You could have just apologized and explained the food couldn’t be remade. It’s okay though, it was canceled and refunded, so it was thrown out anyways. I will not be ordering from here again nor going to pick up my food from them.
