Not a single item in our order was correct. But worst of all, I was given a (prepackaged – did not know this was the case either, they don’t tell you that) salad that was brown, wilted, and two days EXPIRED. I think we’re done here for a while. Quality/care has fully tanked after a few sub par orders. Now they’re serving expired chicken. Makes me wonder if any other dates get checked there?

We ordered two Large Pizzas for delivery Feb 19, 2925, and they arrived roughly around 11pm. The delivery driver in the red vehicle that’s pretty loud (Dodge I believe, but could be wrong) was racing around pottstown before delivering our food. We heard his car all the way up until he pulled in front of our house. Both pizzas were slammed and mashed into the box. We called it in, and they offered to replace them with two free pizzas, which is appreciated. Thank you for dealing with the situation well. I will change my review after our next compensated order.

12/6/26To my delivery driver-I told the woman on the phone I had cash to tip, but no one knocked on my door (they knock on my door when I say leave it on the porch tho?) so I have no idea when u came,.,my order

Sorry I had to call to order what I want bc they didn’t have bread bowl pastas online for some reason…
So I apologize for stiffing u on a tip-no one asked if I wanted to add it On the card, but I said I had cash, but no one even knocked on the door, or sent a text when u arrived or were on ur way ! Sorry!!!

No complaints from this location. My pizza was cooked well done per my liking with extra sauce. It could have used a little more sauce but none the less it was delicious and exactly how I wanted it!

I seem to always have issues with this dominoes. But tonight was the worst. First pizza I got was smashed to the top of the box and they forgot all my dipping sauces, not to mention the food wasn’t exactly hot by the time I got to eat it. The replacement they sent out was even more disappointing and looked like somebody held it sideways. At least I have my dipping sauce for my bread bites 🙁

I was able to get a code for a free pizza from the sweepstakes domino’s is doing for people who have student loans and was very disappointed upon opening the pizza box. It was severely burnt for some reason. Very low quality food.

Much improved since my original 1-star review. Service is reliable and reasonably quick, drivers are mostly friendly, and the food is what you’d expect from a Domino’s. Whatever changes were made, good work, and thanks!
Older review: Remember the days when Domino’s promised your delivery within 30 minutes or it would be free? Sure, the pizza back then looked and tasted like cardboard. But still. Not a bad promise.
Tonight, I ordered two simple items (cheesy bread and a dessert) and the delivery prediction was “99-109 minutes” (that’s 1 hour and 39 minutes to 1 hour and 49 minutes). I should mention that the store is about 3 miles from my house, and I ordered at 10:16pm on a Monday night—not exactly the dinner rush.
Sure enough, the “tracker” showed that my order was prepped and cooked within about 7 minutes! But then it sat in “quality check” for, as of this minute, an hour (10:23pm to 11:22). The predicted delivery time now? 106-116 minutes.
I called and cancelled my order.
This is stupid. Never again.
