Stayed at the AC Marriott for the past week. We ate more at the Kai Bar than any other establishment and no meal disappointed! Fries are some of the best I ever had. Poke is fresh, chicken teriyaki (that’s also gf) was also amazing! Other than food being amazing the service especially by Chewy, who tends the bar was impeccable. He provided my boyfriend and I with amazing recommendations on what to do on the island during our stay. Super personable and just great vibes. The views are really hard to beat as well!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The food was surprisingly good for a hotel restaurant, all of their sauces are house made. Our big complaint and reason we did not eat there more during our stay was that the drinks are horrible. Simply put, the bartenders need training. Every drink we ordered has far too much lime juice and was sour. When we specifically mentioned this and asked for something sweet, it still made no difference. Three different bartenders, same sour drinks. One day the bartender was nowhere to be seen for 10 minutes so we left.

Amazing service, food, drinks and sunset views. Kai Bar is a hidden gem in Wailea located at the AC hotel. We came back on a second night because we had such an amazing experience and sunset views. I highly recommend the Chicken Katsu sandwich and the Kai sliders. The servers did such a wonderful job both nights.

Food was terrible. The mahi was frozen and cooked dry! The drink was asked to be light on ice and was served as MOSTLY ice in a plastic cup ( for $12!!). This place would be out of business if not attached to the hotel where the poor patrons are stuck

Found this place by luck and glad we did. Not a big menu but what they had was real good and great Mai Tais and cold beers. All in an outside open air setting and you get an awesome sunset. This place is great for light eating and sunset cocktails! !!

We’ve eaten here several times it’s attached to the AC Marriott . Mark was one of our bartender s and I am sorry I can’t remember all of there names but everything and everyone was great from the front desk to the cleaning staff.
I have had the poke appetizer and the poke bowl ,as well as the chicken wings, the sliders and salads several Mai Tai’s and a kalua colada everything was excellent
