If you have any measure of patience, Casa Blanca in Nashua is a very good place to indulge in Colombian cuisine. Forty-eight minutes passed before my meal arrived. To buffer the wait, I’m sure, my server brought to me a dish of tostones and salsa to pass the time, along with my delicious coffee and shot of mezcal. The entire time, I was one of only two parties in there. The restaurant is quite small, in one room that is very nicely decorated, with four quad tables and six seats at the bar counter. The meal I ordered was the Bandeja Paisa which for the most part was excellent although I question the need to bother including the arepa (corn cake); mine was barely the size of a quarter (seriously) and cooked to not much more than a crispy and tasteless wafer. The meats, and really everything else, were most flavorful and enjoyable. Do yourself a favor and ask for house made hot sauce; you won’t regret it- most excellent. Definitely recommended for the Colombia curious.

Went here yesterday for a family dinner. Very cute and authentic, good music. Had the homemade plantain chips and chicharrones with guacamole for an appetizer. Sauce was delish. I had the carne a la plancha – came out on a sizzling skillet, hot and flavorful with sides. My boyfriend had the bandeja paisa and a michelada Colombian. Our serve was great and they didn’t mind our noisy toddler.

After moving to New Hampshire, it was very difficult to find a restaurant with great Colombian food until I found Casa Blanca. The food is delicious, the service is great and the restaurant is very cozy. There is no better Colombian restaurant in the area.

What a hidden gem! The food was flavorful, and the portions are large. We asked for recommendations and our server, Salome was quite helpful!

If you love Colombian food and good Colombian hospitality, this is your spot. I normally get a platter dish at my local Colombian spot so I figured that’s the best thing to get here, with their iteration.
Can I tell you, I am in love with this Colombian food. It has hands down been my favorite Colombian spot. It is a little lengthy for food to come out but it is extremely fresh and worth every second of the wait.
If you speak Spanish, you’d do very well communicating with the servers although if you don’t, their hospitality will warm you and don’t be timid, they speak English well too!
Don’t forget to get a fruit smoothie!

We had lunch here and the food was outstanding! Presentation, authenticity and taste were excellent! Can definitely recommend the fresh juices and the patacon casa blanca. The food takes a while as it is freshly prepared from scratch, but is definitely worth the wait! To reduce the waiting time you can also call ahead to save some time.

As a foodie I love ethnic foods and this Authentic Columbian gem is phenomenal! Excellent flavors, portions and variety on each plate and try the homemade soups! Oh and the creative amazon fruit drinks are a niche and make your taste buds light up. My favorite dish: Bandeja paisa and the soups oh and passionfruit margarita and passionfruit mojito after I poke and crush the fresh mint into it.

The food is great! However they are never open at the time they have online. Says they open at 10 am, but I went at 12:30 and they told me I have to wait 35 minutes. They also never answer their phone. I am not impressed with customer service at this place.
