They really are giving out emotional support pizzas!❤️ I was always a Pizza Hut girl, but this newer staff at Papa Johns has given me reason to switch to them! This staff and the delivery driver Alan were so sweet! My delivery ordered was supposed to be no contact but we totally forgot to put that, and my car got stuck in the ice. And when I called I explained what happened they came back out and dropped it off! It was something so small that meant so much when I was already stressed! Thank you so much for the sweet gesture! The last time I ordered from this restaurant they had the pepperoni special which boasted of wall to wall pepperoni. I added mushrooms. They took away pepperoni to add in the mushrooms. When I called to complain, they said that they did that on purpose.
Tonight I took a chance again and ordered the garlic crust pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms. I was lucky to get 1 to 1/2 pepperoni and one or 2 mushrooms per slice.
Never again with this store.

The lady seemed nice. However when I got my pizza it looked like someone had just got a haircut over top of it. I pulled 4 hairs not 1 or even 2 but 4 off of the top of my pizza. I have trouble believing that was a mistake.

We enjoyed it! I’m usually not a big Papa Johns fan, but we found a coupon online for large one topping pizzas for $7.99 if you picked them up. We ordered a pepperoni and a sausage, and found them to be much better than I remembered. For that price, we may have to try them again soon.

I like Papa John’s crust better than the other “fast food” pizza places around. My favorite kind of pizza is woodfired but not exactly budget friendly, so Papa John’s is the next best thing for me. Their crust is more elastic rather than bready. I also love their stuffed crust!!
I gave it a 4 star because it is a hit or miss whether they put enough toppings on or cut the slices equally when they are busy. But that is a small thing comparatively. I don’t regret eating their pizza afterward like I do their competitors’ pizza.

Lately, their prices have been going up, which I get because of the economy, but they are also skimping on their toppings and sauce even more than they did before.

Worst experience ever. I placed my order on the app, then went to pick it up in the window of time it told me to. It hadn’t even gone in the oven yet even though the app tracker said it was ready for pick up. I was told it would be another 10-15 min. I waited 20 just to be sure then checked the app and it said my order had been picked up already. I went back inside and they gave me the same line about my pizza being next to go in the oven and it would be 10-15 min. I asked about the tracker and they just shrugged. 20 min later my pizza was finally done… ridiculous.

Recently had a weird mixup in our order. The manager made it right no questions asked . It was such a sigh of relief as money is tight these days . But also it just speaks volumes on this young lady’s character. Big thanks to her and papa John’s.

Pizza was alright. But looks like the delivery driver turned box side ways pizza was jushed up to one side. Biggest complaint is how the stuffed pizza has no dough in the middle and all on the side (crust) pool of grease in the middle. Terrible. Too expensive to have this happening. Do better y’all. Hopefully next time I can give a good review. (Don’t want anything free just want a good pizza)
