Way too slow. I have been here multiple times and this was the final straw. They always have two employees. They do their best but it is such a long time to get our ice cream. The owner needs to hire more people. The workers are great but they need more people to help. I see one worker trying to help people in the store and do online orders. They need one person doing online and two or three doing in person.

We had chocolate with waffle bowl and pineapple sorbet.
Chocolate flavor is so creamy, chocolaty and rich. Very well-balanced. For me I don’t think it’s too sweet. Waffle bowl is crunchy and tasty. It did its job well – to hold the ice cream.
I’m very impressed with pineapple sorbet flavor. So refreshing, crispy and hint of sourness really surprised me.
It has small pineapple chunks in sorbet which I believe it is definitely a finishing touch.

The lady that helped get my order was super friendly! They made a mistake with my order and immediately fixed it with enthusiasm. They other hand the person that was working cashier seemed annoyed and short even when I’m trying to engage her to small talk and thanking them. Hope management can train them more. It’s not that difficult to be nice. All in all had a great experience. I got the new Reese flavor with more Reese’s. Love it.

I love that they offer almond milk ice cream! The kids enjoyed their ice cream, too except my youngest had the lucky charms and it looked nothinglike the advertisement (needed more lucky charms cereral on top she just crushed it all in)

This was my first/second time (well… fourth time time now) having cold stone. We ordered a birthday cake from cold stone. It was the “Tall, dark,delicious” cake. We can customize the cake! It was awesome! Definitely get more next time!
Update: we ordered another flavor for the bday cake. It was okay, I will still recommend the talk dark and delicious instead of this strawberry flavor!
Update: I guess we really like cold stone and we really wanna try all the flavors for the ice cream cake! This time we tried oreo and cream. The cake was prettier than the strawberry one. It was delicious, like always, but a little bit too sweet! For three flavors, I like “tall dark delicious” > “strawberry” > “Oreo and cream”

If you are looking for a creamy ice cream with mouth watering texture and taste this is a perfect place. We taste here chocolate ice cream and ice cream with cake which was very good must recommended place.

Ordered our traditional large ice cream cake for my son’s birthday. Got it home & was shocked by its appearance. Lopsided, cake showing through the chocolate icing. The chocolate shavings were clumped together & looked terrible. I would have been somewhat ok if it had tasted good! The ice cream was great but the cake was so over baked it was hard & dry.
So disappointed. Not sure I can order another cake from this store.

Great ice cream and usually clean. Can be a bit of a wait at times but staff is courteous and friendly. The new rewards program also makes visits more worthwhile.

When we were first helped by the workers, they seemed to have an attitude. Tried to order a “Like It” but was told they were out cups for it, was offered to pay for the bigger cups, which could have easily held the “Like It” size scoop. Makes no sense. Also, they were out of whipped cream.
