I never write reviews. So if am, it’s because I was truly impressed with the experience. The owner gave me some of the best service I have had in a while and walked me through their process. I had to stop him when he was making my shake; it looked so delicious, I had to reiterate that I wanted a protein shake because it looked better than a milkshake! I live about an hour away, and the nutrition place I frequent doesn’t come close to this one. Great job. Keep taking pride in what you do!

Wasn’t aware of what this was till my son sent me in today,and oh my goodness amazing their tea is great, going to try the coffee and shakes next… not to mention the staff was amazing and super friendly.
I Will be returning thats for sure. And the prices are absolutely reasonable. Let’s support our local bussiness shops. If yall haven’t tried them yet, I highly recommend stopping in. And this is just from one VISIT. DEFINITELY MANY MORE TO COME!!!!

I’ve been here many times to get teas and shakes. Last time I ordered a wedding cake shake, the guy did not know how to make, and put in a bunch of things and it was not vanilla, and was really bad. I couldn’t even drink it. Today I went and got a tea. They had them pre-mixed, the ice was all melted, and very weak. The cabinets were open, and no Herbalife tea or drink mixes, in sight. All I saw was boxes of drink mix like you would get from Walmart, like skittles and crush, and crystal light raspberry and lemon tea. I’m not sure on the energy tablets or aloe , as it was already made. Normally, they make them fresh in front of you, so you see what they are using. They are charging 9 dollars for a tea, that they can make from Walmart for under a dollar. Such a big disappointment. Will no long go to this place. I will make my own from home.

Man, if you are looking for a healthy alternative to fast food and gas station (sheetz) mac & cheese , then you have found it! These protein shakes are WAY better than even the calorie shakes you can get around here! They also come with teas that you can taylor to your need that day. Fatigue, hangover, feeling of general unwellness, they have something for you! Have Dion whip you up something that will have you feeling good about what you just ate! He’s the best at it!
