I go to plenty of Starbucks but the service here is what stands out. Sunny helped me place my order and made sure the table I was sitting at was cleaned as well. Very impressed with the friendliness of staff and overhearing the staff and customer know each other on a first name basis! Definitely feels like a homegrown coffee shop!

Not a good experience on our part. We bought a Pistachio Latte and it tasted inedible. The Chai Latte was not creamy and tasted like water. Had high expectations but those were quickly replaced with disappointment.

So unfortunately I have family that live near, they suggested that I wait here until they picked me up after they got off work. Small location, all eyes on me when I walked in this morning, I was Not surprised, I heard the worker getting customers as they walked in, I walked in no word was spoken, again I’m Not surprised, at first I couldn’t find a seat, then I seen one in a corner, so I asked the guy if it was ok to sit there, he pulled up his stool and his dismener change, again I’m Not surprised. IL we got to do better! The man I was sitting next to, I heard you loud and clear, that comment you made to the guy that came over to the table chatting with you about how crowded it was this morning. I choose Not to set it off at that location this morning. News Flash All Color and Race are Welcome anywhere in Illinois.

My drink was made wrong, I asked for it to be remade and she rolled her eyes at me. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt as they looked busy but it took them longer to make my drink because they were talking amongst eachother. This location has gone downhill and the baristas look miserable and work slow.

Reno had a bad attitude the second I walked in he instantly forced us to order and threatened to kick me out I decided to buy something and as I checked out he told me if u mess around I’m kicking u out and proceeded to give me a look that put me in discomfort every 10 seconds he would look over at us to make sure we where behaving and was overall the worst worker I have ever interacted with in my whole life

Trina was the most kind barista ever and she truly made our experience special. She is probably the sweetest person I’ve ever known and she always makes an effort to brighten everyone’s day. I will always come to this Starbucks because she is so nice and it really feels like a welcoming and wonderful space at Starbucks Hinsdale.

I was pleased that Sue the manager made a unhappy situation a HAPPY experience at this location. Someone forgot to put my tea bags in my medicine ball and she corrected the problem the next day and I’m very grateful as I purchase this drink everyday. Thank you Sue/Maria!! Toni is a happy camper!!!
