This chipotle consistently takes forever to make food. The food is good. The atmosphere is normally fine. But, if you mobile order a meal, it will take forever. Between my own orders and my boyfriend’s orders, we have received our food at the actual pick up time maybe 3 times. I can understand when things get busy. But when the inside of the store is empty, it is 15 minutes past the pick up time, and you just start making the food… I find that ridiculous. This is a job not social hour. In no world should it take more than an hour past a pick up time. The point of a mobile order is the convenience and timely return time on food. My boyfriend frequents the Baton Rouge Chipotle and says their food quality is better and so is the service. Please take a look into finding a faster process. Maybe there is issues in the technology… but some workers bump orders off the screen to make it look like the order is done when it hasn’t even started.

Update for recent visit: Trash. Bowls half empty. Barely any chicken. Ordered fajita veggies but got none. Most importantly, the food was COLD. Not lukewarm. Cold. Sticking to my previous post and not dining here again.
Got a chicken bowl. Tastes fine. Just wish there was consistency in amounts served. Chicken bowl with barely any chicken? Pay an extra $1.70 for queso but don’t get a full scoop? Items should be weighed or something to ensure consistency. I wish I had taken a picture before I stirred it but was hoping there was meat under the shredded cheese. Sadly disappointed.

So we’re charging for sides vinaigrette now?! What the heck is that all about. I’d be cussing up a storm if I knew my comment wouldn’t be deleted! I don’t know if that’s a new company policy or just how they do things in Louisiana! Not only is that completely ridiculous, that’s just another way to nickel and dime people for something that should absolutely be free!

I arrived at 1830 for an order that should have been ready to go. It is now 1905. When I came in, no one even greeted me, let alone asked how/if they could help. When I did get service after like 10 minutes, they were super lazy about it, like it wasn’t really all that important. I even announced that I was a delivery driver and had an order that should have been ready already. When I finally received the food, there was absolutely no customer service about it. No sorry for the wait, no thanks for coming in, no have a great night, no nothing. And there were people still there that were there before I came in waiting for their food. 1910 and I just left with my food that should have been ready at/before 1830.

Came around 3:10 and waited in the line till 3:40 just for me to get in line and the girl tell me she can’t give me the El Paso chicken by the window when they gave the people in front of me the chicken by the window… I decided to just leave because at that point it made me feel like it was discrimination. She told me I could order online to get the chicken after waiting that whole time in the line. I understand the rules but it’s the fact that they literally got the chicken for the caucasian boy in front of me but not me an African American female. During black history month smh.

I was on my way from Destin Florida to Dallas Texas and I stopped here for lunch. That lady who was ahead of me in line was very rude to one of the employee’s Ashley who was taking her order. Over abundance of workers, but it seemed like very little was getting done. Two workers serving and two at the register. Plus some workers in the back. Meat was fresh, but they didn’t have all the toppings prepared to serve (it was around 5pm). That was disappointing considering there already is very little topping choice to begin with.

I placed online for a burrito bowl and all the put in my bowl was the chicken and rice. I ordered a burrito bowl with mild tomato salsa, cheese, and lettuce with a side of queso. The amount of queso in the cup was disappointing. All they gave me was a coupon for a free side of queso.

I haven’t eaten Chipotle in years. Today I stopped in. I got a chicken burrito with white rice, pinto beans, corn, salsa, onion, sour cream, and cheese. I also tried the organic watermelon limeade. The food and the service was superior. I never like to say bad things about places but it was very dirty. There were no clean tables and the trash was over flowing bad. I do realize however it was the weekend and peak lunch time and they were training a new person so I will chalk it up to that. Otherwise it was a pleasant lunch
