Came in Saturday 02/07/26 to preorder and prepay for our very small wing order for the Super Bowl. They wrote down our name and order in a binder for 5am pick up time and NO ONE else was listed during that time on the sheet of paper. We show up at 02/08/26 at 4:55, go to the table for check in and the guy told us it would be an hour to hour and a half before they would be ready. We got 10 bone in and 10 boneless, all one flavor for each. What a simpler order to have so effed up. I understand it’s a busy day but I can almost guarantee this wasn’t happening to everyone else. Pathetic.

the girl running the counter with two braids in her hair has the worst customer service. she shouldn’t ask for the name of my order then cut me off and said not ready yet. i’d rather not spend my money where the staff is this rude. and why did i place an order online and it was supposed to be ready and they waited 10 minutes to even help me just to cut me off. lousy employee, she shouldn’t be speaking to paying customers this way.

the cashier was new and training which I get but she entered my order wrong after I repeated it multiple times. However the manager I think, did give me free fries but I got the wrong flavors on my chicken. Wasn’t the best customer service.

I placed a mobile order and stopped in on my lunch break tonight. I ordered the Korean q sauce on my boneless wings, and was extremely disappointed when I finally opened them back at work to find a bright red and vinegary sauce on them instead. This coupled with an unclean drink station and being out of ice made for a lackluster “meh” experience. At least the fries were delicious, and the girl at the counter was friendly.

The guy working the front counter was so out of it he might as well have been sleepwalking. Honestly looked high and couldn’t process the simplest order.
We waited 25 minutes for food that came out completely wrong and stone cold.
The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day disgusting.
This place is beyond incompetent. I wouldn’t come back here if the food were free, and anyone thinking about stopping here should do themselves a favor and go somewhere else.

Picked up a delivery through Uber Eats at this location 8/1/25 @ approx 8:30pm. When I arrived at the restaurant, it was fairly busy as several customers were waiting. I checked in with a tall kid at the counter and was informed they are still working on the order. That’s understandable and did not mind waiting. However, my wait was 20-25 minutes! In Uber Eats terms, this is rated as an excessive waiting time and I could have justifiably cancelled the order, which would have been a loss of business for the restaurant, not to mention an unhappy customer.
I watched a least 5 other customers come in after me that received their orders long before I did. I noticed a bag was sitting on the pick-up shelf that never seemed to match with a customer that came in. The kid at the counter walked by this bag several times and never even looked at it. I sat there and not a single person on staff even acknowledged me or asked what order I was waiting for. When I finally asked about my order, this same kid went and looked on the shelf and that was my order just sitting there for the past 10-15 minutes! There had to have been 8ppl working and no one one even noticed.
Who is accountable for the serious lack of customer service at this store location? Manager? Shift leader? Anyone? Step it up!

This is the WORST experience i have had by far with wing-stop. Im a frequent patron of this location but today was the worst of any experience. Now granted my partner did have some attitude but as someone who works in customer service we are taught to rise above. I ordered a meal deal with mango habanero, Hawaiian, and lemon pepper my partner asked if it was possible to mix flavors and the worker said no then explained and thats fine so we just ordered sauce on the side. I was also with friends who ordered as well. There was a slight disagreement between my partner and the worker who took our order we left it at that not even 5 minutes later our order was ready which was odd. Then we had to wait even longer for my friends to receive theirs and we leave. Come to find out my friends are missing their fries so we drive back to the store and get the fries. My food did look correct but come to find out my wings are wrong with mango habanero instead of Hawaiian. With this happening im more tempted to just drive to meridian from now on.

‼️ THIS IS A SCAM ALERT! ‼️ I bought chicken tenders from this store on November 17th. After that credit card transaction, I saw a different charge for $20.00. I immediately canceled my card, reported it to my bank, and reported it as a scam. Later, when I searched Reddit, I realized there were a lot of people like me. They say if you don’t get the $20 on your first try, you’ll get charged $200 later.
