I moved here in November and within months, Eggsquisite became my default. And I mean that in the best possible way.
I made a rule for myself: try something new every visit. So far I’ve worked through the avocado toast, the salmon toast, the eggs Benedict, and the smash burger. Every single one has been repeatable. Not everything on any menu is for every person, but I haven’t found my ‘not for me’ here yet.
What keeps me coming back beyond the food is the commitment to quality. You can taste it. The ingredients are sourced well, prepared well, and it shows. Right down to the potato buns on the burgers, which are genuinely excellent.
This is a local business doing things right. If you haven’t been, go. If you have, you already know.
Shout out to Brian, a brilliant server with impeccable taste.

Food and service is great. I try to get something different every time I go and so far everything I’ve tried is great. Had the French toast today with the strawberry cheesecake topping and it was amazing I would say pricing is fair for the amount of food and quality you get with your orders!

I arrived at this eating astonishment for the first time. Upon arrival there was pretty much no wait time, and the staff was very friendly and helpful, the waitress help me to pick the right food to accommodate my needs and diets for for my twins help program diet part. It was great experience seeing this restaurants do this for me took upon myself to be anonymous and be completely neutral I would highly recommend this place if you have a very restrictive diet. The meal that I had was very flavorful and paired with everything that I was eating it was fabulous well-rounded and tasteful I will include pictures of this meal and would highly recommend it if you have a gluten-free or any type of restrictional diet to go to this place I would rate this a five-star and very close to fine dining very affordable classy eatery for sure. With the best service I’ve ever seen in a restaurant. For this review this is by far the best restaurant I’ve been to in texoma

We’ve found a new place for breakfast and lunch! When we went in, the Greeter showed us to our seats. The menu is full of a variety of delicious items from breakfast/brunch to lunch. It was around 2 pm when we went in, and they were all happy we came in, even though closing time was near.
For lunch, I had the Reuben and my wife had, quite literally, the best looking cheeseburger I’ve seen in a long time. The Reuben was delicious, plenty of sauerkraut and meat.
For me, the best part was the staff coming over to say hi, so I want to give a thumbs up for the food and also to Ashton, Racey, and Alma for checking on us.
And, they have coffee selections, cappuccino, hot chocolate, chocolate milk, and juices!

great place!!! last time we came, it was on a sunday and it was PACKED (but we still got a table pretty quick that day ) this time, though, we came on monday morning and it was a lot less crowded.
last time, i got a veggie omelette which was GREAT (but i have no picture ) and this time i got the avocado eggs benedict w/ grits and it was pretty good. the coffee was really good and strong and they had a nice assortment of flavored creamers available which i appreciate. i also tried the very berry crepes (my grandmother got those) and they were AMAZING… yumbles!! and i liked our server this time around, she was very nice and friendly.
all in all a pleasant experience… or should i say… a pl-egg-sant experience

This was absolutely amazing breakfast. It was clean, service with a smile. Even with a packed house, they were able to deliver with a quickness. The menu was detailed and what you order, customized as some of us love to do. Made from scratch and down the hatch.
Sure am going back. Major kudos to the owners and staff for making such a wonderful and pleasing atmosphere.

We can’t say enough good things about Eggsquisite Cafe!! This is one of our go to spots in town and it’s always eggsellent. Service is always on point and the food is always fantastic. The 3 egg biscuit and gravy omelette as shown is OMG good. Wife gets the pumpkin waffle and she loves love it! Thank you Eggsquisite Cafe for your hometown feels in this busy little city.

Meeting Nikki the owner she was a pleasure & she really knows her restaurant professionalism & etiquette! The food was great, I asked to have a few modifications to my order and they were very accommodating! But mostly what stood out; the experience of the people was my favorite part. The staff and management very welcoming and it was a very comfortable home town experience. You can get the regular locals love coming back again and again. Thanks for making this traveling Canadian gal feel at home in far away land!
