There’s nothing wrong with this place and I’ve always had good service and food here. But I just wonder if Subway knows how many customers they lose because of how horrible they’re online ordering app is

Who I am assuming is the owner works there alone. And when busy, he can be disrespectful. I work for DoorDash and when I simply asked how long my order would take, he very rudely stated “I am working on it now, the more you talk to me the longer it will take. You can take your phone out and time me to see how long.”
Like sir that was very unnecessary. I work for a company where I have to be mindful of getting peoples orders on time. That was unacceptable behavior. Definitely worth mentioning there’s a subway on Garden Street that has a lot friendlier staff!

Our sandwiches were good -made the way we ordered. I put my order in online because I needed to pick it up on my way to a softball game. It was supposed to be ready at 6:15. I arrived at around 6:15 and waited until 6:25 and my order was not even yet prepared. Unfortunately it looked like there was only one employee working. I had a chance to return approximately 20 min later and the order was ready then. I think it would be better service and would be safer if there were more employees on shift.

Yesterday, January 3, 2025, I wanted some food. Normally, I go to the Cheney Highway store for my sandwiches. However, yesterday, I went to the one on Washington Ave. When I walked in, I remembered thinking “Wow. This place is way more homey than the Cheney”. I walk in, knowing what my normal order is. The dude that’s there walks up and asks what I want. I tell him two turkey and hams on Italian. He kept asking me what I wanted and couldn’t hear because he had earbuds in. Then he made it. When we got to the condiments and whatnot, I asked for lettuce, tomato, and mayo. When it came to the tomato, I asked for salt and pepper. When he went to put it on the first time, he put too much so I asked if he could lightly put it on. He then scoffed and shook it against the tomatoes. He then just slid the sandwiches to the counter to wrap them up. He forgot the mayo I had asked for. I gave him a 10% tip because I was taught to never not tip workers. But the entire interaction was awkward and embarrassing. And after I was cashed out, he then proceeded to get on his phone. To me, it felt like he just wanted me gone so he could go back to playing on his phone. I’d say go to the Cheney Highway store. The people there are far nicer. He was the only one at the store, so I couldn’t do anything about it.

Who ever owns this store needs to teach the counter person how to converse with customers. This was my first time here and will be my last. I just want to come in, get my food, sit down and enjoy my lunch. I am real tired of getting attitude from untrained personnel who don’t care about their inferior job performance.

Just today, I walked into Subway here in Titusville on US1 Knowing the manager and his employee took my order. She was a older lady probably in her 60s or 70s couldn’t remember anything that I ordered so I had to go back and tell her twice sometimes three times this has not happened for all the years that I’ve been going there all of a sudden the owner is hiring older people, that possibly have dementia and this is getting ridiculous. I had to tell her twice to cook the bacon on my sub wrap she could have gotten me sick if I hadn’t told her twice to cook the bacon this is another example of poor customer service by employees getting their customer sick. This needs to stop if this continues. This person needs to be fired. This is not the first time I’ve been letting it go for quite a bit of time now it needs to stop or will get reported to corporate.

Horrible customer service. The guy working not friendly at all. Ordered 2 items asked if I could have lettuce on the 1 item. Didn’t even acknowledge what I asked for. I worked in customer service for 40 years . Put a little freaking effort in it.
