The waiters and waitresses were wonderful. Our group was being ornery just joking around and I hope they didn’t take it too seriously. The place has been remodeled since I’ve been there before. It’s much nicer. I love thin crust and theirs is oh so good.

I order food from this pizza hut regularly and normally their service is really good, save for one late delivery in which they gave me a code for a free pizza and a couple missing marinara sauces here and there. This is my second edge pizza and I really enjoyed the first, but was surprised to find this when I opened my box so I felt like I should share

We always get bread sticks with our order, as many times as we order bread sticks we always get home and we have no bread sticks. I check it when I pick it up but often I have someone else pick it up. So the pizza get home without the sticks and I call them and tell them they are always “oh yeah I have them right here” well that’s great other than it has been 20 minutes. I always ask for them to be remade one guy told me he would not most say they will but when I get there it has never been remade ever. I don’t know this has frustrated me pretty bad.

My nephew had ordered a delivery and we got an a pasta that wasn’t correct. I called the Wamego Pizza Hut and his name was either Ryan or Brian and he was amazing!! This gentleman had great people skills and was so polite and professional. He needs to be given credit. The management needs to give this young man a raise and I mean that!!

Someone else picked up our order that I paid for online, they made it fresh again, I got water to drink and my husband got iced tea. After we were done eating I was ready to pay for his tea and they said no charge. I was willing to pay for it. They were pleasant, apologizing several times for the mix up. We usually eat at this store. It is closest to our home. This store is always really clean.
