Really disappointed in my drink and service recently. From being ignored while standing at the counter (not even a “hi, I’ll be with you in a second”) to receiving this hot mocha (this is after I received it and did NOT drink it—I just mixed in the whip cream…. why is 1/3 of the drink empty?) The other Lunds staff is great but because of this one barista, I would rather go to the other Caribou in town.

I don’t drink Caribou, but I stopped in with my kids to pick up a coffee for their mom. She’s the regular, not me. She has very specific order with special requests. Before I said anything, Suzanne already knew the order. Not my drink… Not a guess… The exact order, exactly how she likes it.
That kind of awareness and attention to detail is rare. I was genuinely impressed. Suzanne made the experience personal, smooth, and memorable.

Very disappointed. Ordered a matcha vanilla tea latte and it tastes awful. They forgot the vanilla. I also ordered a just egg pesto sandwich and it was cold. I usually don’t complain but for how much you pay it’s kind of a bummer!!! Tried calling and got no answer. Didn’t have time to go back because I’m on my way to work.

Fast service but young lads seemed to be a bit ethically challeneged. My interaction was short and abrupt, not even looked at in the eyes or asked of perks. The next customer up seemed 5 star. Oh well.
