Wow, some of the best ramen I’ve had in Buffalo for sure. I’m vegan and they accommodated my diet and it was SO delicious! The mushroom onigiri was also to die for. Cute and cozy atmosphere in the hallway, definitely feels like a hidden gem. I will definitely be back!

My wife is Japanese, so I think my evaluation is quite objective. The tonkotsu ramen is already better than any ramen shop in Buffalo, but there are still a few areas that could be improved.

The chashu has a slight porky smell; it could be marinated longer or torched to add some caramelization. The miso ramen tastes good, but it feels more like a tantanmen without chili oil, or a tonkotsu ramen topped with ground pork. Also, it should use yellow wavy noodles instead of thin white noodles.

For an amateur cook, though, I’m already very satisfied.

Super chic space with nice sunlight.

Fresh ramen noodles from scratch? I’m coming back for these. I had a blueberry matcha and it was delicious. The onigiri were tasty and I liked that I could get sour plum. They were very good quality ingredients. Great service.

There’s an entrance on Washington and another on Main St, they’re looking out onto Washington. Very nice space.

They will start to have some evening hours soon too!

Me and my friend finally visited and can’t rave about this place enough! Our jasmine peach refresher was such a beautiful palate cleanser. We each got the shoyu ramen – that broth is a game changer. Everything was cooked to perfection. Try the taiyaki – it’s made fresh! We will definitely be coming back. Amazing service as well!

It was hard to find the place since there were no clear sign outside. Once you enter you’re still doubting if you came to a restaurant. The vibe is quite eclectic and the ambience was really nice but the food was superb!!! We had tonkotsu and should ramen and 2 chicken onigiri. Definitely recommend them!!!

I’ve been wanting to try Konbini for a while, and what a treat it was. Perhaps the best ramen I’ve ever had. Rich, flavorful broth, and everything homemade. A hidden gem in the city. Can’t imagine what they’d be able to execute with a larger space and proper kitchen. Get there soon!

Amazing little restaurant in a very cool, artsy market location. The owner/ chef was kind and helpful. We had the ramen, rice bowl, and onigiri. They were all delicious. Definitely worth checking out!

Great ramen, noodles have a great chew, the broth is flavorful and satisfying with deep meaty notes. Perfect for a chilly day. Come try this dish.
The door is on the Washington side of the building.

Just stumbled across Konbini today. It is food stall offering seating that is part of “The Lane on Main” small businesses corridor. The broth-less ramen was very good. Excited to go back and try their other items.
