My husband and I were really excited to try this place, but unfortunately left feeling very underwhelmed and disappointed. When we arrived, the location was very busy and we thought that would be a good sign. Upon entering there is signage stating that this is a cashless and kiosk only café. Once we got to the kiosk the menu was extremely confusing. It took us more than five minutes to figure out where the drinks were located and what drinks we even wanted to order by the time I had found my drink, which was a iced matcha latte and a fresh milk tea with Taro. After we placed our order, we went to find seating until it was time to pick up. table that we were sitting at was not clean. In fact we ended up moving to the seating near the window instead, because it was not sanitary to sit. We did happen to come on the weekend and the inside of the café is not very large, which is fine, but the seating was very limited. It was also very stuffy. I would assume that considering how small their seating is that there would be at least some type of air-conditioning or even have the door open to let in some type of airflow.We ended up waiting at least 25 minutes for order to be called and by the time we went to pick it up we were both questioning the quality of our items. As soon as we left we both took our first step in immediately were disappointed. My iced Matcha latte was not flavorful at all. The Matcha itself was a very dirty green color and not a vibrant shade. I also ordered my drink with half sugar because I wasn’t sure how sweet the drink may be because the description left me with no idea of the taste profile. Unfortunately there was no flavor to be had even though there was strawberry purée at the bottom of my drink. I am also lactose intolerant, but unfortunately, there was no option for me to substitute my whole milk for a dairy free or lactose option which was disappointing my husband‘s fresh milk tea looks like dirty dish water and tasted like whole milk. We also order a matcha red bean waffle that was very underwhelming. There was also an unnamed item in our waffle box, a popsicle stick wrapped in blue masking tape. Not sure why that would be included in the box seeing that it looked extremely unsanitary. The waffle itself was tasteless and dry. Our order total came out to $26.80 for THREE ITEMS. My husband also experienced an allergic reaction after taking a sip of his drink, for context he is allergic to certain protein additives. This place is not worth the money, we are extremely disappointed with our experience.

First time coming here & we weren’t disappointed!!! Everything we ordered was DELICIOUS- it was 5 of us and my husband and I ordered the Shaved ice and were blown away by the presentation, flavor and portion!!!! We will definitely be coming back for MORE!!!! the atmosphere and chill music was super cool too – not too loud or too low… just RIGHT!

We often come here for dessert.. Our last visit, the staff seemed new and improperly served our To Go order as Dine In… this doesn’t sound like a big deal, but it actually made it difficult to take to go, our 2 waffles with ice cream – everything in a small plastic cup.. I had to point out to the staff that the flat boxes in the top shelf was supposed to be used for our waffles – she did not seem very appreciative or thrilled that I pointed that out..

This is the Cerritos outlet of the Taiwanese tea and desert shop chain Meet Fresh. There are quite of bit of seating inside which is different than those milk tea shops with little or no seats. They offer shaved ice treats with various Asian style toppings, milk teas and flavored waffles. This chain has been operating for many years and have tasty Taiwanese desert offerings.

We used to love coming here due to the good drinks and ample seating area. But on our last visit there about a couple of weekends ago, the service was horrible. We were the only ones there and we ordered 3 drinks and a dessert, and it took well over 25 minutes for our drinks to come out. It wasn’t busy at all. Like I said, we were the only ones there and it didn’t look like the two guys behind the counter were in any rush to make our drinks.

We ordered the hot grass jelly signature and the signature hot almond soup. The photos on the menu were incredibly deceiving. What we received was nowhere near what was advertised. Both of the items had very little flavor and were extremely watery. The almond soup tasted like almond flavored water. 0/10 experience. We expected more from Meet Fresh.

Some Meet Fresh locations can be mediocre, but this is one of those ones that is worth a visit –except as I’m writing this review, because according to Google Maps, there’s an unusual amount of heavy traffic here! But that’s also a testament to how popular this place can be even on a Thursday night! Tastes good, the place stays clean, and they have a nice ambiance. The only thing is the restrooms tend to be used quite a bit.

I don’t usually leave reviews because it takes extra effort, I have only left comments to support businesses if they asked, but I felt compelled to speak up after a frustrating experience at this Meet Fresh location. I hope the management team sees this and takes action to preserve the quality of the brand.
I placed an online order for a mini Q milk tea, and my husband went to pick it up. He wasn’t familiar with what I ordered, so he brought home what was labeled as the correct drink — but it turned out to be completely wrong. It was hot, had no milk, and clearly wasn’t what I ordered.
Frustrated, I asked him to drive back (a 10-minute trip each way) to request a replacement. After more than half an hour, he returned with the same drink and said the staff claimed that this drink only comes hot — which is simply not true. At that point, I was not only disappointed, but genuinely upset that the issue was handled with misinformation rather than accountability.
I’ve been a loyal fan of Meet Fresh, but this experience was incredibly disappointing. I’m sharing this so others are aware and, more importantly, so the team can address these kinds of issues and avoid alienating customers.

We came here for our first visit! Didn’t know it has 800+ worldwide location. The decor was nice and clean. Lots of customers and were busy. There’s a QR code for you to order in advance, in case there’s a long line to order. Kinda of disappointed that we ordered two Original Egg Waffles that took way way too long!!!! I am not sure what went wrong, but we still enjoy it(lucky we weren’t in a rush to go anywhere).
