I walk in & see a middle age man making food he doesn’t speak or anything has a very unpleasant spirit. I get my order & go back to my car, i inspect my food & find hair which looks exactly like his in my food. Workers should have hair nets for this exact reason

Door dashed, there was 4 banana peppers total. Very light on the oil, and vinegar. It’s dry, but they might do that considering it’s door dash, but my door dasher was waiting while they were making it… thankfully they paid attention to “no tomatoes”

I usually get philly hot subs, but they have been getting smaller since the time this restaurant first opened, and not as good. Still very good compared to competitors. But I have noticed that the cheese is more runny than it used to be, so it gets the sub wet and soggy. I ordered from the mobile app today and they completely dropped my order. I had to wait 20 minutes for 1 giant sub… with no attempt of rectification… Until the owner contacted me and settled the situation. Definitely recommended though

I ordered a number 9. I asked if they had put the lunch meat on it, they said yes. When I got home, I was amazed at the beyond little amount of lunch meat that was on the sub. If I ever have to eat there again, I’m just going to order a veggie sub so I’m not disappointed. Maybe it’s just this location, I don’t know, but JM is off the radar for food options going forward.

Toppings are fresh and are kept cold. Place is clean. The meat ,,,, prosciuttini.? . Is some sort of made up lunch meat .Who knows what it consists of .It is a made up lunch meat by Jersey Mikes. Than Ham and provolone cheese….The vinaigrette and oil is good . But in reality like any sub place the sandwich starts with the bread.. and Jersey Mike’s bread is little average . It’s a click above subway,, if you call subway a sandwich?

Staff was super rude. I asked for 3 subs. They messed up 2 of them. One of them I had asked for was a simple plain blt with mayo. They wrapped it after just putting bacon and mayo and gave me attitude when I asked for the lettuce and bacon.
I also asked for a club Supreme. They only put two of the proper ingredients on it then, not even knowing the items listed on the menu They asked what all was supposed to be on it. Super disappointing considering I usually go at least once a week and it’s expensive.
