Chief’s Tortiperros
My wife and son had quesobirria tacos, and they were ok, not great! I had tha huarache del pastor and a torta de carne asada again ok but not great. My daughter had a quesadilla sencilla, and that was $10 again, ok. My other daughter had the carne asada sopes. The theme here is that the food needs more flavor and more love. The problem here, just like many Mexican food places, is that they would use a little more salt, and whatever spices to their dishes, it would help. I was going to buy tacos, but they want $4 a taco, and I’m not going to pay that price for tacos. Will not come here again unless things get better.

It was an alright quesadilla, the beef had too much fat though. I went here when it was a food truck, and there was a very long line, and the guy was taking forever to take people’s orders. And then the cook took a while. They should make this process more efficient.

The food is overpriced. When I asked about providing 10 breakfast burritos, the quote was 300 hundred dollars. I began an interior painting of the location and left it here to work on when I returned, however, not only did they not attempt to communicate regardless of the quality of my Spanish. Then they entirely informed me they were unable to understand the Spanish translation I wrote out. They didn’t try. Some other customers that said they understood English and could help out, smiled and nodded at me and did nothing! How can I help bring a clearer picture of how this business operates when, because of my skin color, I am treated like an ignorant white boy? Then they joked about me like I couldn’t understand them after telling them I could I just didn’t speak Spanish well. It is not a strategy to continue a community engaging business. I do not believe I shall return, refer anyone here. I do not expect them to understand why they business will flop. Le sigh.

Just bought this tonight & didn’t realize they messed up my order til I checked in my hotel. I ordered an grilled chicken torta with no cheese because im lactose intolerant & I can’t have fried food. Instead, they gave me this greasy sandwich with different meat. & my girl ordered their Posole, & it hardly has any meat on it. It mainly has fat. The Tacos my girl & mom ordered was either missing cheese or sour cream. I can’t believe I spent $50 for this unsatisfying order.
