I purchased 8 pounds of crawfish and this is what i had in the center of my 8 pounds almost 2 1/2 pounds of just claws. If im going to pay 65.00 for crawfish because I also bought corn then I expect whole crawfish. This is just unacceptable.

I love LA boilers food. It’s usually extremely good however I’ve had a few bad experiences with the same employee. today, I went after calling two minutes in advance to make sure they still had crawfish and I was told Yes . i get there, get in line a lady parks and goes in and she gets served before me even though i got to the window before she even opened the door. He then comes to take my order and I asked for a pound of crawfish and he told me he just sold the last 5 pounds to the lady that came after me that went inside, I told him that this was absurd because I had literally just called two minutes beforehand to ensure they still had crawfish, and he just looked at me and started laughing and said OK and then close the window. i will never go back even though i live literally right next to it because this employee has soured every experience ive had there. im not one to make karen-esq comments such as this but he is just not good at his job. another example, I went another time same employee and I asked for a certain amount of crawfish and fixings and he attempted to double charge me and I told him that that couldn’t be right, and he attempted to argue with me about it before i had to break down the price and then he was like ohhh ok. mind you it was dead empty so it wasn’t that there was a lot of commotion. again, i will drive 20 minutes out of my way before i go back to this location if this employee is still there.

Anytime I can buy sacks of crawfish and have almost never find more than two or three dead at most let’s you know the quality of the product. Nice big crawfish all the time makes the price worth it for me.

Great customer service for sure. I went here with one of my friends for crabs. The crabs weren’t seasoned to perfection. The crabs lacked seasoning, but weren’t mushy so that’s a plus. I probably wouldn’t visit here again, but it was worth trying. The inside of this location was very nice and clean too!

This was my first time at this location (I normally go to Perkins) and they were… okay. The crawfish wasn’t very hot, but it made due. I had to give 3 stars because of the 3lbs I ordered, 1/2lb of it was SMALL claws. The crawfish were medium sized, but I show grace because we’re not quite in peak season.
