Took 15 minutes to receive just a burger, tots, and a drink. Everything was fresh. People were nice. The parking of the employees makes me question their maturity though.

Not bad for Sonic. The touch screens don’t work, which is SUPER annoying. It’s 2026. Figure it out already. I will say, Easton had some great customer service skills. He made the stop enjoyable. Big thanks to Easton. He seems like a good kid.

It drives me nuts when you specifically request easy ice so you’re not getting more ice than drink. They even repeat it to you. Then you get more ice than drink anyway. Waste of $4.61.

Absolutely unbelievable treatment of a customer.
My wife stopped in the evening of September 6th for a quick bite to eat on the way home from an event. After placing her order she waited 20 minutes while other orders around her were filled. When it became apparent that her order wasn’t being made she pressed the button to ask for help. The employee stated that they had somehow forgotten my wife’s order and that they would now start making it. Another 20 minutes go by and my wife asks for a refund, because at this point a restaurant making food is just far too difficult. She was told that a refund can’t be issued because there is no management on site.
This is the legal definition of larceny. The employee could’ve grabbed ten dollars out of the till and my wife would have went on her way. Instead they practically held her hostage and refused product as well as remediation. I understand these buildings are staffed by clueless teenagers but there should be at least one adult with a functioning brain on premises to keep the children from committing obvious fraud. To the people of Blanchard, Oklahoma: go literally anywhere else if you value your dignity, sanity and hard earned money.

Order 2 medium shakes and a medium cherry limeade. Took over 15 minutes. The shakes had set so long the ice cream and whip cream were melting. Do better Blanchard Sonic, this ridiculous at $5 something for each shake.

We just left there and got 2 chicken sandwiches. Unfortunately, they were both raw in the centers.. we thought the texture and taste were weird. Once brought into better light, they were completely raw. We tried to call to notify the management team so they don’t serve more raw chicken, but the phones don’t work. Sorry to anyone else who got raw chicken tonight!

This is the worst sonic I have ever been too! Make me wish I have never moved close to it, they never can make what I want, and most of the park kiosk don’t work we push the button sit there while three other people came in after us in order. Then when we did move stalls and get to order, they told me they cannot make what we want, This is happened just about every single time we go there was once a week never again!

I wanted to make sure I took the time to post something about this Sonic. I didn’t want to bother the gal when I heard her actually asking other customers if they needed any thing else and then she worked her way towards me, as she had pretty much just given me my food. But kindly asked if I needed anything sauces or anything . At first I thought no I don’t, but I did want to more and she was actually carrying them around. It was so nice to be taken care of even better than expected. I did tip her when she gave me my food, but I wish I had tipped more. I’ll catch you next time….. good job hiring her. Thanks, Sarah.
