I come through the drive thru. After ordering online. They said they didnt get my order so I reorder my order. They read the order back to me correctly. But I did not receive my order correctly. And because I had to dispute my online order because I’m not paying twice for this my card was locked and they asked me if I could just take what they sold me, I said no thats not what I ordered or what you read back to me its not what I want she told me I needed to move up out her line cause i have other people. My online order that I ordered was only $25.83 when I read that order to her and she correctly read it back to me it came back at 30.00 so not only did my order come wrong the price was wrong also when she could have just gave me what I ordered and it would have fixed the price. And all would have been fine. But no she gave me wrong food and it cost more then the original price, Miss Sparklefarts at the window with beads in her hair. Over charged me for food i didnt want. So rude wont come back here again. I hope she has the same experience with her next drive-thru order as she gave to me. Her customer service skills are way off and disgusting. Thanks for ruining my breakfast there Sparklefarts!!!
This picture is not what they read back to me. But this is what i got. For 30.00. What I ordered and they read correctly back to me should have been. 25.83. Ill take my money to Starbucks next time!!! ✌

They were having work done at the drive-thru and no menu board just a little speaker no big deal..but my biggest concern was that I asked for a ice macchiato with an extra espresso shot and light milk because I like it strong and I paid 10 dollars for it and when she gave it to me it was all milk… I nicely asked if I can I have an additional espresso shot..she charged me for an additional shot and it was still like milk… So I paid $12 for a cup of milk with whipped cream on it this is the worst location they can never seem to get your drink the way you want it and then she laughed at me and closed the window .. I never put reviews on any business but this is the worst dunkin’ donuts I’ve ever been to

Good location for this chain. Everything done right even though there was a bit of a wait. Comfortable seating area and fantastic landscaping. If going north through town this comes up on you fast and you can’t really see it so look for when the right lane is ending and slow down.

If you’re in a hurry I do not recommend going there. They are extremely slow. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese they did not put the cream cheese on it they put it in a container. And one iced coffee 30 minutes later I’m walking out the door with my stuff

This place absolutely horrible there’s one employee that’s very rude gives you a hard time ordering in the drive thru and in top of that they rob me I ordered 4 $5 meals and they gave me 2meals and 4 coffees and when I asked them where’s my other 2 meals they wanted to charge me more. Don’t recommend this place.

Best cup of coffee in Indiantown Florida. The service is very slow. The cashier takes your order and then goes and gets donuts and fixes your coffee so that slows everything down. FPL has an EV charging station right next door though. So if you charge your car there you have plenty of time to go over and get a cup of coffee. If you don’t have to park your car to charge it the drive-thru does seem to be a bit faster.
