I’m officially obsessed. They even have a little delivery robot that brings food to the table, which is unexpectedly delightful. The servers are kind and helpful, especially if you’re still learning how everything works.
The mushroom broth is my go-to — it pairs beautifully with the beef. The sauce bar is amazing too, though fair warning: the vinegar pours FAST, so go easy at first.
Lunch has plenty of approachable options, so you don’t have to be super adventurous to enjoy it. My usual combo is mushroom broth, beef, carrots, ramen noodles, and mushrooms – it honestly turns into this cozy little beef-stew vibe that I love. But if you are adventurous, they absolutely have the variety to explore new things. I’ve tried several new foods here because it feels low-pressure and fun.
The dim sum menu is another highlight: not overwhelming, and the portions are single-serve, which I appreciate. Nothing worse than all-you-can-eat places dropping huge appetizers and then side-eyeing you if you can’t finish them.
And yes it is all-you-can-eat. There are small upcharges for premium meats or alcohol, but most of the menu is included, so it feels like a great value.
Definitely a place I keep coming back to.
I wish I had known that apps and drinks were included in the price. I wish I knew how the temperature worked other than just up and down. I wish I was explained the “best way” to start with the meats and veggies. I wish someone explained the sauces. I wish they had let us know you could get different meats to try too.
Fortunately, the food was delicious and I enjoyed the experience. I don’t know when we would be back again, but it would need to be with a group because it’s more fun what way.
Unfortunately, the bathrooms were kinda gross.
The food was great, very flavorful, with a wide variety of veggies, proteins, sauces, and broths to choose from. It was a great way to spend some quality time with the family, while eating some great food!
The menu offers unlimited appetizers, including fried calamari, egg rolls, and crab rangoons, among others. The selection of meats is impressive—I ordered the beef, pork belly, and lamb, all of which were of excellent quality.
The vegetables and noodles are offered buffet-style, a feature I appreciated as it allowed for better portion control. While the meat portions were slightly smaller than expected, this worked to my advantage, as I could enjoy a variety of dishes without worrying about overordering.
I chose the spicy broth, which, as someone who enjoys extremely spicy food, I found to be mild. However, it would likely provide a satisfying level of heat for most diners.
The staff demonstrated exceptional customer service, accommodating a food allergy my significant other has with care and attention. They were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the experience. Additionally, the restaurant features a robotic server though it was rarely used.
Service was prompt, and the restaurant was clean and modern, with well-maintained facilities, including the bathrooms. One potential drawback is the limited parking, as the lot is relatively small.
Overall, I had an excellent experience and highly recommend this for anyone seeking quality hot pot dining in Omaha.
