I went here recently, if I can give it a negative 5 star I would. First, let me start by saying that the customer service from a girl over the counter was horrible. As a first time customer I always like to ask questions about the food before I buy it. I noticed ( Angela)she was getting frustrated and even rolled her eyes.she made it difficult to order. Before I was ready to walk out she called on her coworker Luis. I have to say if it wasn’t for his patience and great customer service I would have left. The food is not very good for the price they are charging. I could have gotten a better chicken at food maxx or even at sam clubs. I ask if I could change the French fries for salad a little bit more salad and the girl rejected my request and said that no matter what I was getting the fries even after I told her that I was not going to eat them. Besides this horrible encounter, I found the restaurant very dirty. No tables have been wiped down thrash falling out of the bins. Even, tho there hasn’t been any customers since 20 min after my arrival. And to top it off I was ignored by another employee, she looked at me standing for five minutes and didn’t even acknowledge a customer and couldn’t even say ” we will be right with you” as a common courtesy.

I bought two rotisserie chickens, thinking they would be delicious. Those chickens tasted burnt and had no flavor. And the aji cream was way too spicy, very green, and had no flavor. What kind of rotisserie chicken is this? I drove 40 minutes and I’m disappointed with this food.it This doesn’t taste like Peruvian rotisserie chicken.

Good food, but lately, salads have been real poor. Tomatoes, onion, & cucumber are sliced so thin you dont even taste them. If Im paying a fair amount of money for food, I expect a fair slice of veggies too.

I’m always on the hunt for pollo a la brasa.
I usually go to alot of Peruvian restaurants to try theirs and none really have that authentic taste.
Till I found this place.
Takes me on a memory lane every time I go been here 3 times already.
Their chicha is delicious usually get the combo of whole chicken that comes with salad sauces and fries. Plenty of food for 4 people.
This time I tried their flan and leche asada they were delicious can’t wait to be back.

We’ve been coming here for years. The closest you’ll get to authentic “pollo a la brasa” in the Bay Area. Simply the best!

Best rostiserie chicken in the bay area in my opinion. Full of flavor, add to that fries and salad and it’s all you need. Service staff is also very friendly and kind. I also love their side dishes: empanadas, salchipapas. Love this place, a must go!

I love the empanadas but $8.00 bucks for 1 empanada with no chips and it was a problem getting the green sauce. Maybe if the lady behind the counter was nicer i would have given them a 4 star rating. She was rude.
