The employees were fast and friendly. The fries were good, but the classic beef sandwich was horrible. I remember Arby’s being known for good quality, thin sliced, and flavorful beef. This was chopped into tiny bits, not sliced. The beef was nearly grey in color, and had nearly no flavor whatsoever. I’m wondering if it was old and the manager was trying to get rid of it?

The staff was nice and it was mostly clean but I ordered the cordon blué sandwich and was very disappointed. They should had more meat on it than was there. That was literally all the ham in it.

We got the new “loaded Italian” it doesn’t look anything like the advertisements. It was pretty terrible. Half of the sandwich didnt even have meat.

Cold meats only thing hot was the dip was the only hot thing. Curly fries over fried. The tables dirty n sticky and floors. The mat coming into the place was warped and a lady tripped on it. There was a sign saying caution but come on it needs replacing!!! It too seemed like it’s never been cleaned. None of the dispensers worked. Bathroom dirty. Won’t ever stop in there again.

Can’t make a sandwich right to save their lives. When I ask for NO CHEESE, and the receipt says NO CHEESE, and the sticker on the sandwich says NO CHEESE, I expect a sandwich without cheese. So focused on running me out the drive through and clearing their screens for their time metrics that they don’t even know what they’re handing out.

Food was good, but the lobby was utterly disgusting. The floors were beyond sticky, the bathrooms reek of pee and despair, and when you enter it smells of fermented meat. The service wasn’t bad but the employees were very loud. On top of it all the kitchen floors from what I could see were unswept.
