I ordered from wingstop yesterday during the snow storm and I thought from the Ameila location. I guess because i work in Milford it defaulted to Milford instead. I clearly did not figure that out until I got to Amelia (who by the way has always been lovely) that I ordered from Milford. So I called to see if there was anything we could do. Transfer the order which they could not because they are not affiliated, okay understandable. The thing is instead of trying to help me come up with a solution because we were under a level 2 snow advisory. I got a rude manger pretty much “Its your fault, there is nothing we can do.” Which in the great land of america to quote my boy Maury “The lie decator determined that is lie.” This place just didnt want to try to help. One thing you could have just comped the order and gave that food to one of your workers to take home or eat. Which i know your employees do that. You could have given it to a homeless person. Which would have been a tax write off. The average waste in the food industry in america is tens of thousands of pounds per year. Which resturants donate, recycle or just dispose of. By doing that, this result into a bunch of tax deductibles each year. So my one 25 dollar order really would not have cost this company anything. Which, whatever, keep the money. Accidents happen and clearly mistskes were made. The point of this is if you are going to manage a business get some people skills and do not be a huge jerk about it. This whole situation would have been a totally different story if it wasnt a level 2 snow storm. There were literally cars turned sideways on 275 while I was on this phone call by the way. One more upon my investigation into this company, this manger does this often. Maybe its time for revaluation. There are two other wings spots right by you, that treat their customers a 1000 times better than you do. Their food is just as good, if not better, especially Quarkersteak. Do better wingstop! This is just disappointing.

Ordered delivery through Wingstop App. 10/10 would recommend. I got the game day bundle ( wings, fries, corn, and added veggies). Although being disappointed I ordered bone-in ( totally my fault) the quality of everything we got was fantastic! Everything was still hot, the fries crispy, the chicken juicy and flavorful. The veggies were fresh and crunchy, so good I didn’t share the large side . Will definitely be back to try the bones wings I wanted . I would post pictures if we hadn’t devoured it so quick.

Super excited about this store opening. Until I realized they charge a few dollars more on there meals compared to other locations. Also their fries are not the same. Please change them to the original fries. And my wings were fairly rubbery and chewy. I rather drive to Madisonville and get better quality and it’s cheaper.

I was so excited that a Wingstop was finally opening here in Milford. I’ve actually had it 4 times these past two weeks. Food has been hot and tasty every single time. Employees are welcoming. The place is kept clean. Didn’t have any long waits. No complaints.

I have been to many locations in the city. Best experience I have ever had at any Wing Stop.
I was a walk in and ordered my food to go.
Damon took my order and the crew quickly prepped the food. I got everything super fast. I was also impressed that the staff was making good use of their time while filling orders. They were actually cleaning! That’s huge, most restaurants are super dirty. Great job, keep it up. I’ll be back.

I am not new to Wingstop, but I am new to this location (OK, it’s new to everyone!). Having recently opened in Milford, I decided to roll the dice. The staff is learning the system and the process, but they did a very good job. The food was hot and tasty, the order was accurate, and the none of us were surprised at the extended wait (I ordered online and it was ready 20 minutes later than expected.). But everyone was positive, including the employees. The service is going to get faster, but the wings CAN”T get any more delicious!

I have visited this place twice. On my 1st visit I got a combo 5 classic & 5 boneless . I didn’t like the boneless ones , so this time I ordered all classic. Just got home. All boneless. I called talked to Tristan (the manager). I explained I live pretty far away and I am really hungry, so I will eat what I got, but I ask if he could arrange a credit. . He looked up my order, it was put in as all boneless. The only way he do a.credit if I brought the order back. I offered to send a pic. Nope, gotta come in. The attitude I got was accusatory, No apologies nothing. I was never loud or angry.I just told him that I wouldn’t never be back. He gave a ” good and have a nice day”. Not a good way to start out in a New Location

They messed up a fry. I called and they said I had a credit. But I can only get the credit if I come in and order. Can’t order over the phone and receive the credit. Bad customer service. This is a way for them not to give you what you are owed. Read the reviews. I suggest whoever owns this location does a better job of making the customer happy.

My first WingStop experience and was very pleased! I downloaded the app and placed a mobile order for pick up. I arrived at the time my food was predicted to be ready and the store was very busy, but my food was ready, hot and delicious! Can’t wait to try more options here!
