The shop itself is very cute and our group enjoyed their treats. Unfortunately my interaction with the owner was really disappointing.
I was asking to adjust a drink to accommodate a dietary restriction for medical reasons and reduce the sugar. Not even to eliminate it, just reduce it. I understand menus are curated a certain way and I was not demanding or asking for anything unreasonable. I felt like I explained clearly and politely what I was hoping for, but her response made me feel talked down to and embarrassed. It was as if she was intentionally trying not to understand me and make me feel stupid.
The drink ended up tasting good, but I didn’t feel confident it was made the way I requested, which made it hard to enjoy more than a few sips without the fear of it making me sick.
I think the situation could have been handled with a little more understanding and kindness.

The black orange coffee is super delicious but always confuses my brain from the combination but can’t stop drinking it. Got coffee and dessert. This shop is absolutely delightful! The chocolate tree and sugar art are truly impressive. Their chocolate martinis are exquisite. My personal favorite dessert is the flourless chocolate cake. I’ve had the pleasure of trying numerous treats, and I must say that everything has been outstanding!

The shop has a wide variety of gelato flavors and desserts. My kids chose the biscoff cookie gelato which was fantastic. I tried the banana cream pie which is also amazing. It had large chunks of fresh bananas to enhance the flavor. The espresso martini is the beat one around. It is made fresh and is rich, silky smooth on the tongue. I cannot rave enough about this place.

LOVE THE SORBETTO!!!!! So nice to have a vegan option. Why 3 stars? This place is dirty. It needs a good deep clean (especially those bathrooms… yikes) and then it needs to be maintained. It is also in a state of disrepair and feels cluttered. I hope they do something about it… The works of art are cool, but also dirty and need some repairs.
