Ordered thru delivery service. When the driver got to the Pizza Hut he waited at least 10 min then was told that my order must have gottrn stolen and they could remake it but it would be another 45 min. Then one of the other staff came up and told him my order was still there. I got the order and the pizza was horrible. Mostly sauce. Won’t order from this one anymore because it’s the second similar issue as another time when I picked it up myself. Someone else took home my order,

Ya know it takes a lot to get 5 stars from me. But seeing the people that cry about one single bad experience here even admitting they have had good ones makes me want to help make up for it. This Pizza Hut is extremely reliable, consistent, and all the interactions I’ve had with employees has been positive. I’m sorry this isn’t the 90s and you’re didn’t get your childhood dine in experience. Sadly they didn’t accept my “Book it” pizza voucher I saved from 1987. What they did do ever order was deliver a solid pizza. And yeah the be delivery fee before tipping a driver is overpriced. Go pick up your pizza and stop being lazy if you’re concerned (I do 90% of the time). As for last night they nailed it. Awesome pizza and fast delivery. This was my craving and they got it perfect ! So 5 stars !

I don’t usually review chains, but this Pizza Hut is excellent. Perfectly made pies and they don’t skimp on the toppings. Look at those beauties! The white sauce pizza was supremely delicious, and the spicy pepperoni was actually spicy! Get in my belly!

Tried the melts at this location since the 23rd St location doesn’t list them available to order for some reason. Wish they did. Contacted PH online and didn’t get help with that.
The melt was pretty good. There was a ton of parmesan on it, not sure if that’s normal. I was able to brush it off so that made it ok.
I would probably drive ten minutes out of my way again for them.

Worst customer service in Lawrence and that’s saying something… They’ve lost multiple online orders over the past year and when they get it, it’s seldom done on time or correct.
