I’ve been here a few times for happy hour with my husband and some friends. The food is great, but the service is hit or miss (the server we had had a pretty dry personality). When we first arrived, we had to uncomfortably wait at the hostess stand before anyone came over to greet/seat us. This place definitely has a lot of potential, but the atmosphere feels a bit stuffy and lacking energy, which makes it less inviting for a younger crowd. With a better happy hour and cocktail menu, this restaurant may attract a bigger crowd.

I’ve been to multiple restaurants in my lifetime. Palm and ivy by far is one of the most established and sophisticated restaurants out there. Every time I go back, I order something different and it continues to amaze me how good the food is. The service is great the food is brought out in a timely manner, I have nothing bad to say abt it. On top of that, they got rid of the 18% gratuity payment which was really cool. I definitely recommend bringing your family or friend if you plan on going.

Palm & Ivy Kitchen is one of those places that instantly makes you want to come back. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between warm and modern—soft lighting, lush greenery, and a relaxed vibe that makes it great for everything from brunch meet-ups to a casual dinner date.
The food is the real standout. Every dish feels thoughtfully prepared, beautifully plated, and full of fresh flavour. The portions are generous without being overwhelming, and you can tell they’re serious about quality ingredients.
Service was friendly and attentive without ever feeling rushed. Staff checked in just enough to make sure everything was perfect.

Exceptional experience! Alexis was our server and took amazing care of us. The food was so yummy! The Korean chicken bites and blueberry cheesecake were the highlights! The space is inviting and beautiful.

We live very close to Palm & Ivy and have really enjoyed dining there 2–3 times a month. The pork chop has always been my favorite, and my wife usually orders the fish — both consistently excellent.

We went tonight and were disappointed to learn the pork chop is no longer on the menu. I decided to try the $46 filet instead, ordered medium rare. Unfortunately, it first arrived medium well with zero juice. The team was kind enough to remake it, and the second one came out perfectly cooked — but it had almost no flavor. The texture was soft, almost powdery, and tasted more steamed than seared.

Christine was wonderful and asked how everything was; I mentioned that the steak was flavorless. She kindly comped the entrée, which I appreciated, though that wasn’t what I was looking for. I was simply hoping to find a new favorite to replace the pork chop.

We truly love the atmosphere at Palm & Ivy and hope the restaurant continues to thrive, but tonight’s experience will likely keep us away for a while.

Food and service were amazing. Every dish were had was very good and well presented. The waitress was so nice and caring. We ordered the black cod, the burrata and fig salad, the brie and cranberries appetizer. I ordered an old fashioned that came smoked in a decanter. Great experience

I had the short ribs over whipped potatoes and that was amazing. My party also had the Miso Black Cod evening special and that was fantastic as well. Wine list is expansive with price points from very reasonable to lets celebrate.

Did the 3 course Flavor of South Florida deal. The food was excellent and our server Alexis was amazing. Attentive, witty, but not hovering. The spinach artichoke dip was creamy and flavorful. My salmon was perfectly cooked. But OMG. The freshly made to order ricotta donuts with the homemade caramel bourbon sauce was the perfect way to end a great meal. This was my fourth time here. This time was the best. Keep it up Palm & Ivy.

We had an opportunity to attend the tasting dinner on January 9th before the grand reopening. The food was spectacular. This is an absolutely gorgeous restaurant and the owner Tim is terrific. He’s a very experienced restaurateur in the business for a looooong time. Not only was the food fantastic, but we had such a great time talking to the staff. Our servers were great. We had an especially fun time chatting with Bernzie, who is from up north where some of our gang is from.

I’m not going to describe all of the food that we enjoyed, but I will post the photos I took. Definitely try this restaurant. It’s got beautiful indoor and outdoor dining areas and a very nice bar. You will have a nice evening.

The food and service (by Jesse) was excellent! I would go back again. I had the beet salad which was comprised of white beets, pineapple, and feta. Nice flavor combination. I would order it again. I had a glass of champagne and bottled sparkling water. For my entree, I had the ribeye. It was very tasty. For my side, I had the sautéed mushrooms. Personally, I would not order the mushrooms again. The mushrooms were great but did not care for the preparation of them. They would have been better if they weee roasted with garlic, thyme and shallots.
