I purchased a two-piece chicken dinner with jojos and a medium pizza with extra cheese, pepperoni, and sausage. The pizza did not have extra cheese as ordered, and the chicken and jojos were extremely greasy I had to wrap it in a paper towel to get the oil out.
I called and spoke with the manager to address the issue, and he was very rude. He basically blamed me, saying it was my fault because I didn’t call right away, I told him I had to tend to my sick child first before calling. He over talked me and spoke to me like I couldn’t comprehend what he was asking and saying. He told me I could come back for more food bcus he needed to see the food because he basically didn’t believe me and he said “people” always have a problem when there’s a problem (whatever that means) I let him know already been out and its below zero outside and I have a sick child at home so returning tonight was not an option.
The manager’s attitude was unacceptable and unprofessional. Instead of taking responsibility for the poor quality of the food, he made it seem like the problem was my fault.
I do not recommend eating here if you want good quality food. The food quality was disappointing, and the customer service especially from management was even worse.

Staff are incredibly rude there. The woman who answers the phone and tends to the front is always so dismissive and rude towards customers. This happens all the time. It’s to the point where we’ll drive extra to go the location in Brimfield or Munroe Falls. The guy there is rude as well. And the food, if it’s correct, is normally burnt. Overall just not a good experience. Like, sorry you hate your job, but don’t take it out on everyone else.
The last pizza we got was not only the wrong order, but so underdone that it was inedible (don’t worry I took a picture for my records). Called the store and the woman was so nasty. She finally agreed to void the transaction, but not without being so demeaning. We’ll never be back.

I ordered a family feast pizza add pepperoni got home none was added. Called to store to let the person who originally took my order it was incorrect, told me to bring pizza back to correct, children were already eating it. Instead of owning up to the mistake he hangs up with me. Luckily they loved the pizza left the review because he hung up and wasn’t understanding.

Called in & ordered a LG. Sausage Pizza & order of Gionino’s Bread. Hubby went & picked it up. He got it home & discovered it was a LG. Pepperoni instead. I called to let them know that if someone else called in & complained about getting a wrong pizza- it was probably ours. The girl in the background started talking smack about us & I think they both thought I was on mute. WRONG- I heard everything. Basically saying I was trying to get a FREE Pizza, because they said I ordered a pepperoni & not sausage. I told them I didn’t want a free pizza. Moral of the story-EMPLOYEES, MAKE SURE YOU PUT YOUR PHONE ON MUTE BEFORE TALKING SMACK ABOUT A CUSTOMER!!! YOU’VE LOST A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!

The lady up front with(white)glasses work on night shift. They sold me some smelly old chicken. The chicken had really bad odor went and told them but would say that chicken was fine and i was trying to get free food. Please stay away from this place. I ain’t never going back there.
