This place is pretty good. The service was good was pretty busy in a Sunday. I got the carne and nopals it was decent not much meat but for the prices very reasonable. The refried beans are from a can. The charro beans were one of the best I’ve had with a lot of meat in them! The rice is nice and seasoned and I would definitely recommend coming here for the red pork plate you can’t beat the in house made corn tortillas.

Not a fan of tex-mex, but I had to try the a few of those options and it was all nice surprise. The michelada was delicious. The cucumber water was the best thing I had here and it’s not because anything else was bad. All the appetizers look so good that I just wanted to order from that side of the menu.

We’ve eaten here a few times for breakfast, this time we went for dinner. I ate the tortilla soup, the broth was a little spicy for me but it was good none the less. I also ordered a side of fries!! I was in one of those moods. LOL

I was overcharged on the card and service wasn’t great but the fish tacos, burrito, and enchiladas were decently good but there were some parts of the dish which werent great like the rice and beans.

A solid choice for Mexican food in Garland. Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection, and the service was outstanding. A great spot worth returning to.

Had dinner at #DelRancho which is an authentic Mexican restaurant in downtown Garland tonight. The atmosphere was lively and the service was friendly.
I got the enchiladas potosinas without the meat on the potatoes, and without beans (they use pork lard in the beans). As a vegetarian, options were very limited, but the meal we ‘created’ was fresh and flavorful.
It was pretty full, but not packed. I spoke with our waitress and the manager about vegetarian options and there really aren’t any. A meal had to be altered; which makes me very uncomfortable. Great spot if you eat meat, but could use more variety for vegetarians.

My 1st time here, it was great. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful. The food was great and the price was good. This is a new place, it was clean and modern and the restrooms were clean.

Glad we found this place while in the area. They had a live band go around playing on Friday night. The atmosphere was cool and the food was delicious. I got the barbacoa plate and my wife got the #1 steak platter with enchiladas. It was all fresh and delicious. Prices were good too. Only about $30 for both of us for 2 huge meals. I would definitely recommend.

WOW, what a wonderful addition to downtown Garland. Had the lunch chicken fajitas on two different occasions and the portion size was more like a dinner portion. I actually had leftovers to take home. If you’re into alcohol, they have a full bar and several draft beers. All of the servers seemed happy and enjoyed working there. The service was wonderful, the food quality was very good, and the prices very reasonable. I had to go back a second time just to make sure the first time wasn’t the fluke. I had just as good of an experience the second time. I think this is going to be my favorite Garland Tex Mex spot.
Both trips found the main dining room somewhere between 1/2 and 3/4 full. This was during the week so I imagine it fills up Friday and Saturday nights. If you don’t see parking in front or side of the restaurant, they have an auxiliary parking lot across the street. The majority of the patrons were Hispanic and all of the servers and the manager all spoke to me in Spanish first and then switch to English when they recognize that I was clueless. Everyone seems to be fluent in both English and Spanish. And the hospitality is wonderful. If you’re in Garland, please check out this gem. If you like Tex-Mex you will not be disappointed.

Came for dinner on Friday night and it was really good! Quality and quantity was great for the price. My husband is very particular with tex mex and he really loved this place. He had the barboaca plate and I had the Mexican cocktail that had the octopus, shrimp, and oysters. The owner came by to check on us and the service was very good. Outdoor seating is limited but the inside was packed. Parking is small but you can park across the street. Will definitely be back to try the pazole and menudo on the weekends!
