Food was great, girls at counter great. Girl sweeping out front and being treated horribly by the boss with short man syndrome – also great.
Had I not already ordered and paid I would have walked out. I was waiting for him to show his sorry self and walk back out from the back and I was going to give him a piece of my mind. He didn’t. He was probably too scared of me after the look I gave him. How dare he talk to that poor young girl like that. He Called her “broom girl” and walked off rolling his eyes at her. I hope she learns to stand up to people with clear complexes and need to belittle others to make themselves feel better. What a jerk!

I have placed four different orders paying an extra amount for 50% More veggies. But everytime I get barely any. The store said that they can’t do anything about it unless I come up right now to remake the sandwich and unfortunately door dash is usually used because Individuals cannot come up themselves.

I have placed several orders and pay extra $3.50 for double meat and Everytime I get less than regular meat. I know they get busy but why pay extra when you get less? When I go in to order I have to tell the sandwich maker several times ” DOUBLE MEAT “!!! But they do give me the double meat in store. It seems that these young workers are more interested in visiting with their friends or talking to their coworkers about plans for the weekend. The owner really needs to correct the problem of them not making sandwiches as ordered or I need to take my business somewhere else.

There was a man standing in the center of the store talking to both the sandwich maker and young women sitting at a table period The conversation continued when we entered and we felt like we were intruding on their conversation. We could not tell if the man worked there or not. Even after we were standing at the counter, the sandwich maker was asking for a ride to a store after work. We were definitely interrupting their conversation.

Every single time I place a to go order they make it wrong. I didn’t know it was so hard to read a ticket:) I paid extra to add bacon and got none. They also put mayonnaise when I did not order mayonnaise on my sandwich…I’m also allergic to mayonnaise…glad I noticed before I took a bite! Do better!!!

A nice young man by the name of Gabe gave me exceptionally amazing service. It was a little busy, but that didn’t make him hurry with my order as I ordered 2 sandwiches. He kept conversation going as he was making my order. As always great service with a smile every time I go there and I go at least twice a week. I love the #8 the Great Garlic Chicken. I shall return. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!!!!

So, we just had a very interesting experience at Subway in Dexter, MO. The two young ladies working ignored us at the counter for a few minutes, as they were evidently very busy on their phones and chit-chatting with one another. It was about 8:35 pm and the sign on the door said they closed at 10. After walking past us a few times and disappearing into the back, phone glued to face, one of them finally took our order. We sat down and began to eat and then one of them informed us that their boss had given them permission to close an hour early since they weren’t busy. I said well, that’s no problem, it doesn’t take us long to eat a sandwich. No less than 5 minutes later, she actually asked us if we could be finishing up because they were needing to close! We continued gobbling down our food for about 2 minutes, and then she actually TURNED OUT THE LIGHTS!!!! It was 8:55. We finished our food in the darkness and showed ourselves out. The door was immediately locked behind us as we made our way to our vehicle. As we drove away, I looked toward the once stellar fast food establishment, now dimly lit by auxiliary lighting, only to see the two gals giving each other piggyback rides around the dining room.!!! Odd night in Southeast MO, I tell ya… This was friends of ours and would not say a whole lot but I have Family and folks who live at Dexter MO good to know not to visit this establishment.

I have never seen two kids work so well under constant pressure…I was probably the 10th in line and among door dash orders and in house customers, the girl and boy working were fast, accurate, polite, and accommodating and ran everyone through with the greatest of ease.
