Craft Bagel Co is a good spot to Berkeley Heights. The bagels are always fresh, chewy, and full of flavor — easily some of the best in the area. The staff is friendly, and the service stays quick even during busy hours. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, though the space inside is a bit limited, still, it’s a nice spot to grab breakfast.

We made an intentional stop here from Manhattan because Craft Bagels was our favorite stand at the NYC Bagel Fest 2026! However, the bagels in the store were not good… The bagels looked plump and great but turned out to be extremely dry! We enjoyed the apple french toast special but it also seemed like it was sitting out for too long when we stopped by around 12.

Absolutely delightful, I will repeat for sure. One of the best bagels I’ve ever tried, the bagels are incredibly tasty, warm and well prepared, the service is lovely and kind. Great experience and it’s a must!

Definitely the best breakfast sandwich! The bagels are a good size and very tender. The eggs, cheese and Taylor ham are plentiful and cooked well. The service is fast and the staff friendly. Definitely recommend!

The bagels are great and the donuts…(who would think they would have those??)… are too!

Usually love this place but called the place an order for an omelette like I usually get and it didn’t come with any potatos like it usually does and this was how the onions were in the omelet. Also my bagel was stale 🙁 very disappointing

I was incredibly impressed by Craft Bagels, I called at 1:55pm needing a bagel basket delivered the next morning by 8:30am. They did everything they could to help me and got the basket there on time. They food was delicious. Thank you, Lexi!

Craft Bagel is a gem in our quaint town! They have a huge variety of bagels from chocolate chip bagels to whole wheat everything! The staff is wonderful and despite long lines during rush hours they have quick service and happily accommodate any or all substitutions. They also give back a lot to the community. Especially after the annual 5K, thank you Craft for feeding our town for all these years!
