This place has been a family business for 41 yrs. It’s like stepping back in time. I especially like the full size antique dinning tables that are all the same size. It reminds me of sitting at my mom’s kitchen table with enough room you don’t feel crowded. My husband and I stopped in for lunch. He had a cheeseburger W/Onion rings both were very good. I had a bacon cheeseburger W/Fries let’s just say there was nothing left! We each had sweet tea and it was spot on! Service was fast and friendly.

If you’re visiting Eastland and you want a great authentic home cooked meal, Louise’s is the place to go. Best burgers in town! The owner is typically always there working, and the rest of the staff is so friendly.

If you really want a home cooked meal this is the place. I finally had the perfect over medium egg, there are only 2 ladies working this place, and the service was timely and excellent. The only issue was the place is small and it gets packed. The locals know what they have.

The food was okay, nothing special. This is not a place to go if you are a vegetarian. Flesh eating husband had a burger, he said it was “a burger”. Restaurant needed some cleaning, updating and fixing. No restroom for customers (which is odd for a restaurant). I understand it has been there for 30 years and I love supporting small businesses, however not having a point of sale system that will allow a debit or credit card transactions in 2015 is short of insanity. I think you can just get a cube for your iPhone and it will work as a point of sale system for a minimal fee. If anything have the bank put in an ATM. Speaking of odd, the server or whatever kept talking about her surgery while we were trying to eat. It was gruesome and nauseating. She was super nice, just probably should consider not talking about blood and bone while people are trying to eat.

I ordered a jalapeno cheeseburger with a side of onion rings. My burger seemed “thrown together” like they do at the fast-food places: all the fixins were in the middle of the burger. My first bite into the burger was bread, meat abs cheese. I never tasted the jalapeno at all because they were buried in the middle with everything else. Now, the onion rings saved the day. This experience would’ve gotten 2 stars, otherwise.

Great breakfast very friendly, local customers A plus. RV Parking on two sides of every block. It’s probably a little bit crowded for a super large family or groups. There’s room for about 10 tables in this cafe.

Found this little place on the internet. Sign in the window says ” Jesus needs you”. I went to pay with a credit card and a customer standing by me says” Hon, she doesn’t take plastic ” and preceded to take money out and pay for mine. He said “God Bless” . Wow what a great experience. Needless to say I will pass it on. What a great day and great people. My burger was out of this world! Please stop here as you pass through! God is good!

I eat breakfast here every morning when I’m working around Eastland. Diana makes perfect over medium eggs and the sausage and bacon are just right too. She and the locals that gather their in the morning are friendly.
