They have a great team now ( didn’t use to be this way), but now I Always have the best experience at the Woodburn location. The employees are fast, courteous and friendly. My orders are always accurate and I have always been greeted upon entering the store. The last couple of years I haven’t had anything but great positive things to say about them. Before that it was mediocre at best.

Today, I ordered the family size Cowboy Pizza. I spoke to a girl at the store put in my order and preceded to give her my Visa number and name. My daughter went to pick up the pizza thinking it was paid for. However, they said it wasn’t paid for and they don’t take payments over the phone. It would have been nice if this employee simply told me this and caused a whole lot less drama for me, my daughter and them. Employees need to listen to their customers. People need to slow down. Even if the store is busy, good customer service requires employees to slow down and listen. All customers understand when a store is busy and most will wait patiently.

I’ve never had this location mess up any orders, and my orders were all made on time, ready for me to pick up when I got there.
I worked in the pizza industry for a few years. I’ve hand made many pizzas, and I’ve spent time in front of some ovens.
Papa Murphy’s isn’t so much a restaurant, in a way, as they don’t serve fully prepared food.
They’re more of a prep kitchen, with a very specific prep.
It’s nice for me to get an uncooked pizza, because I can cook it exactly how I want(often on a Traeger grill, for some woodfire smoke flavor), and I can redistribute toppings around for more even cooking, if need be.
Most of pizzas I’ve purchased from here have been prepped nicely, barring a few stray toppings that needed remaneuvering, and the toppings have been generous.

Always been excellent pizza, and service, and love the promos like on TU, BOGO, and 50% off. The Woodburn PM has always had our pizzas ready for pickup at the scheduled time, so no wait.
