So in your Wesco sweatshirt you decide to complain about my girlfriends order at a subway. (She just had surgery) You made the salad and the quantity but you Sat there and complained how you needed an extra bowl! We didn’t make the salad you did! Then you use the terms “have to write it off” over the extra bowl? We offered to pay for the extra bowl but you just bitched about it. We both decided North Muskegon subway is a no go. Disappointed in Wesco as these are their employees. If I could service a zero I would. I used to work for wesco so I find this highly irritating.

The subway on 420 Whitehall Rd Muskegon, MI 49445 United States is literally the most messy place I’ve ever been. Every table has crumbs and or whole things of food on the table and is just disgusting. The floors feel like they haven’t moped in weeks. The floors are so sticky that it literally feels like it’s going to take my shoe off and there is so much dirt all over. As someone who worked in the fast food industry for a while this seems like a HUGE health issue literally one of the worst places ever.

I ordered online for pickup and it was just less then good. My sub was missing some of the toppings, with the topping it had beinh very sparse, even though I had asked for extra and I could hardly tell that it had meat. I’ve definitely had better. This was a disappointment for sure.

I got 3 footlong churros and they are rock hard! I got to eat a little bit of one, but they’re inedible to say the least! You would think they would be able to feel that they’re rock hard! Or maybe they shouldn’t be sitting around so long?

We came in with some very hungry worked up children from the beach and the staff was absolutely awesome with them. Very patient with us and helped us with our daughters picky order. Very kind staff and the food was good as well. Highly recommend

This subway is always messing up my subs and not being consistent. They don’t know how to read their tickets for orders. I’m either getting my sub drenched in dressing when I ask for light dressing or little to no dressing. Order toppings like pickles and black olives and barely get any of both on my sandwich. I’ve also gotten a sub here and there and it’s not cut in half or that the sub bread was falling apart. I’m no longer gonna be going to this location even if its close to my work I’ll go to another location or just stop getting subway altogether.

We placed a mobile order and then went in to sit down and eat there. There was no one else there when we got there. They started making other orders in front of ours. We waited over 40 minutes. They asked us 5 times what the name on the order was. There was also 6 people working. Awful service

I literally had to call the store to get them to wait on me at the drive thru tonight! Both employees clearly saw me as they even walked by the window. There was only one car in their parking lot. Never said anything to me after waiting there for over 10 minutes with another car behind me too. I keep trying to give this store a chance but I’m done! I’ll never be back here! I’ll drive out of my way to go to another sub shop. There are plenty to choose room.
