Went in to get a matcha today, the lady working the counter wasn’t very nice – couldn’t really give me the time of day. My matcha was probably one of the worst ones I’ve had, Starbucks usually kills it but today might’ve just been an off day. Was a very sludgy consistency and was just overall not made correctly. Would’ve been better off going to the one by Walmart

It has been the worse Starbucks I have came to, from their employees to their drinks. They should have nicer employees and know how to prepare drink properly. The girl that got our order and did your drinks was Hannah, don’t recommend.

I’m starting to feel like the nitro machine at the Starbucks is like the ice cream machine at McDonald’s, nobody wants to use it because it must be too hard to clean or manage. The machine has been broken for like two months now. It’s hard to imagine a multi billion dollar company like Starbucks not being able to afford to fix their nitro machine.
