1 of the smaller locations I’ve visited but still great & efficient service. Very limited seating but this DD looks like a grab & go for customers, based on my observation while dining there. They made my sourdough sandwich exactly like the advertised pics (unlike other locations near where I live, bread barely toasted & no toasted color) – properly toasted with black pepper bacon, YUM!

I have lived in Massachusetts my whole life, probably placed a thousand orders at dunks all across the country. Never in my life have I been lucky enough to be made a sandwich by the lovely lady working as the baker here in Newton.
Getting off the pike and heading to a dunkin donuts never felt so exciting.
Each time I come, I order a sausage, egg, and cheese, with bacon (of course) on a plain bagel. It is crafted with love and to perfection each and every time.
Even as a former employee of Dunkin, I was never able to make such a delicacy like they make here off the pike in newton.

Wanda took care of my order. She was grouchy and rude. Made my experience unpleasant. She acted as if it was a headache to custom make my drink. And the only thing custom about my drink was that i wanted an extra shot of expresso and light mocha. If you cannot smile and pretend to be happy get another job. Not only was the service horrible but my drinks were still incorrect

I came in this morning and the guy who took my order was extremely rude. I had to write a review. The way he talked to me was very unpleasant, unacceptable and mean I’ve never been talked to in that manner at any Dunkin Donuts ever. If he doesn’t like his job then maybe he should find another.

I get my morning coffee here every day for over a decade. At last, this location is Under NEW MANAGEMENT! The property is cleaner, there is a sense of teamwork among the employees, and most importantly, the coffee is BETTER. Previously the taste varied from day to day, often terribly bitter. I doubt they ever cleaned the machines. Absolutely better in every way.

New guy they have there has no idea what he’s doing and it’s been months . Really tried to give them multiple chances. Everytime he makes a breakfast sandwich he doesn’t warm up the bread and it makes for the nastiest sandwich and the cheese doesn’t melt . Have complained three times , have no idea how he hasn’t been spoken to. You’d think this is something someone will pick up on day two , not months into the job . Stay away from the breakfast sandwiches .

Horrible horrible horrible! There was a girl working at 11:50 am on October 2nd, 2033. She needs a class on customer service and should not be working there! While we were placing our order, we kept telling the attendant that we dont want bacon and the girl preparing the meals in the background was like you think we are ignorant or something and kept going on by herself about us. She kept lashing in the oven door and slamming things down in the background. At the end, when she was done preparing the meal … she turned to us and was like you don’t pick up meals there. This was our first time in Boston and I have never experienced anything like this in my life. it was really horrible and the worst start to our morning…

The employee there was new so was a little slow in gathering my order but it was completely fine. He was very friendly and did his best to get everything right and asked if he was unsure of what i said. He was more pleasant than some other employees at other dunkin locations.
